RE: ama club rseahawks.org
well sadly it is the (old people) in this case that started the problem ,they treat it like a select country club with a very long chain of command and yet they dont even fly often, i think they forget its a fun hobby with (toy planes) (old people) aka (snowbirds) here in south fla are more annoying the the mosqitoes

RE: ama club rseahawks.org
no the problem isnt having ama ,ama is a great thing the problem is the club is running people out who dont join the club itself when the city owns the park and according to the cities terms all is required is to hold a ama membership from what a was told it has always been a problem and everyone in the town might loose a great flying location, according to what i heard from a ranger its mostly 2 members causing alot of problems up there just like most satuff in florida condo's ,golf courses ect. older folks have to have there country club mantality but when it comes down to yelling at a child that your going to call the cops when he just wants to fly and even has his own ama thats sick, luckily we found a good field that others with the same problem created thats in the same town

ama club rseahawks.org
My son and I went to this field to fly were it is a city owned park in cape coral ,fl and requires ama to fly ,shortly after being there we were told we have to join the club itself to fly when we stated were not interested in joining( we belong to another club) an old man said he could have us arrested for criminal tresspass lol, i happen to notice that most of the older men there handing out trouble dont even fly, just there like its there lil country club, after i talk to the city there they stated the club member was very wrong for saying that and we can fly there all we want as long as we have our ama according to the city theve been having this problem alot and unfortunatly might cost everyone a good flying location

RE: Allen "Stinger" Wallace
Someone told me about this sight and that I should read the messages regarding Stinger. I am really glad I did. Your memories of Stinger and thoughts regarding him made my day, which wasn't going so well, much better. I want to say thank you for your tributes to my husband and your well wishes for his family. In reply to Sam, regarding the other officers involved, you are right-they face

its only a discussion i've got with my friend, i've got the picco .26 big block outlaw and he's got the .27... just as i see(according to the details..) the .26 BB should be almost as strong as the .27 and faster... just tell me if im right or wrong.. thats all.. im not buying an engine.. my picco .26 BB is more than enough believe me :D

Picco .26 Big Block vs. Picco .27 big block
just wanted to get this accurate... i think that the .26 should be faster in the top speed because of its rpm(37000) and the .27 should be stronger because of his horsepower(3.1..) is that right? i mean, is the 26 faster and the 27 stronger?

i have to agree the hull is as weak as a egg carton even stock you see half of them end up cracking some where from vibration alone being stock

RE: Water cooled Homelite too cool?
its should be around 275 to 325 degrees if you really thinks its getting over cooled try routing your lines many do this in the winter try running to your exhuast manifold first and the manufactuer says there fine to almost 475 degrees

RE: triming a homelite engine
i know on the older models its attached to the cover and comes off and on with the cover sometimes you got to tug on the rope to slip it back on into position just pull it slowly its just to tabs on the flywheel that catch the recoil starter on the inside of the cover
