I'm looking for a 50cc Tucano ARF. Not Comp-ARF, way to much money. Something like ESM 50cc size plane. Does anyone know of one?

Can I Join? I love the Spit as well. I have a parkzone spit with a Turnigy G-15 and a three blade prop and I am building a H9 spit with Saito FG17 with Keleo exhuast. I also have an ESM 50cc spit on back order. I do have a question for everyone. What size three bladed prop would you recommed for the Saito FG17. Thanks, Dan

Installing retracts
I have a set of Robart retracts and the wing has no blind nut, and the ability to install blind nuts. Will wood screws be strong enough to hold the retract in? This is on a 50cc KMP T-28. Dan

Need suggestions on airframe
I had a Filton 330 free sytle (59" wing span) but it is in airplane heaven now. So I need an airframe with a wing span around 60" to put this AXI 4130/16 into. Any suggestions?

Teamtigerpaw, Thanks for the vet comment. It is appreciated but more important is that all americans think of and never forget those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. For they are more important than I am. If we forget them, we are forgetting history and we do not want to repeat what we have already paid dearly for. This is what I hate. A dude asks a simply question and the rocket scientsits and the engineers come out. I work with some of the best engineers in the country and if you ssk them a simple question and you get a novel. The guy is not building a rocket ship for cryin out loud! The guy justs wants to fly. Look dude, slide on heat shrink, tin the wires, and bend them into small hooks. Hook them together and apply a small amout of solder. Slide the heat shrink over the jount, heat and put your glider together and GO FLY!

This is one method I was taught in the Air Force. You want to pre-tin the wires, then with a small neddle nose plier bend the pre tined wires (Both) into a small hook. Then install your heat srink and hook the two wires together, solder, and heat srink. It is easier and addes strength.
