Hi John, No, the way my shoulder feels and won't move after the surgery on the rotator cuff, I am stuck in the hanger too. Going to take a while to get my right arm to move and work, and back to where it should be. I won't be flying anything for a while.

RE: Dymond F8F Bearcat ARF
Hi, Check out the fit of the belly pan. on mine the belly pan was 3/8 in. too long to fit the plane. I had to cut the front off it, then shorten the lenght of it, then glassed the front back on the pan to make it the right lenght. Going to fly mine in the spring. Had a rotater cuff surgery in my shoulder done and on the mend for a while, So its going to be a spring first flight. Here's a shot of mine Pat

RE: Warbirds over Whatcom tomorrow and sunday!
Thanks John for posting the pictures of the first annual Bell Air Flyers "WarBird over Whatcom" event. You got some great shots John. As President of Bell Air R/C Flyers I would like to thank everyone who worked and flew at the event to make it a total success. This was a great weekend and a Great event. We hope to grow it even larger next year. The all Military fly-in, with no size restrictions format, made for a fun event and a great mix of aircraft as shown in Johns photos. We want to invite every one in the region to attend the 2nd annual "WarBirds over Whatcom" event next year. Best Wishes to Everyone, Pat Eastman, President Bell Air R/C Flyers

RE: Dymond F8F Bearcat ARF
Hello, Ok guys a question for everyone flying the dymond bearcat. Did you or did you not put in right thrust when mounting the engine? And how did your set up vs flight work? And yes it seems every problem listed on this thread are still unaddressed by dymond. working on mine and nothing has changed. 4star60

RE: Dymond F8F Bearcat ARF
just got a bearcat from Dymond. Still the same AT6 instructions. And mine was missing the rudder pull-pull hardware. it took a couple of calls back to them to get them to send the hardware. They needed reminded more than once. Have a plane on the table to finish before I start the bearcat
