Hey all, I'm looking at both cars above. I know Jang from URC wasn't too happy with the 1/16 Rally, but I haven't heard anything on the vaterra 1/14. What are your thoughts? Looking for light offload and street driving. Thx

Hey all, I have been flying helis for a little over a month. Started off with a mcx2 and got really good with it. Then, just last week I purchsed 120SR and have been learning how to hover it in the house. From what I can tell it will be one fast little bird outside. It is very durable as I have hit chairs/tables/couches and my leg with it (ouch). I have not had any damage yet . Go with the 120sr. Cheap parts if you need. Don

MCX2 Control Problems
I know the MCX is about as basic as you can get in Helis but I am haveing control problems. I changed the original blades to the glow in the dark blades and now i am haveing stability issues. It seems very very twitchy. When I go left, right revese and forward it seems ok but when I add tail swing it spirals down. Any ideas?

I am just looking for better that stock. Doesnt have to be a weed shredder just maybe 30 mph. Hopefully a motor/esc combo that will work with a single 7 cell nimh as i have 4 of them already and running 2 batteries in the hull would cramp it and weigh it down alot.

Hey all, I have a brushed Proboat Impulse 26. What I want to know is , will it take a Traxxas velineon brushless system? Or, what is a good brishless sustem for a boat? I am new at this so i appologize for the questions.

Well, I took the plunge. lol. First boat purchase is a Proboat Impulse 26. Hope i made a good choice. I plan on running it with 5000mah 7cell hunp nimhs. I'll let you know how it goes i anyone is interested.

First Boat Purchase Help
I know these questions awlaws get asked but I searched many pages back in the forum and can't find w good comparison of entry level boats. Firstly I am looking for something $150-200. I have seen the Traxxas Blast, Proboat Impulse 26 Deep-V EP RTR and the Aquacraft Rio EP Offshore Superboat 2.4. i will be rinning it in all kinds of water, from ponds to lakes. I want to stay brushed and nimh for now until the hobby really gets me. Any suggestions to the above boats? Thanks for your input, Donny

I can't get mine to fit correctly. As soon as I put any pressure on the rim with the nut they seem to bind. And they rub the arms. Very frustrating

Also having another problem. I took the transmission appart to replace the bushings with bearing. I cannot get the little pin out of the slipper clutch/spur gear shaft to put a bearing in. I think it is called a spring pin. I can't get it out no matter what i do. I am just getting very frustrated and afraid I might put to much for on it and really scre things up. Any ideas? Thx, Don

Just having a few problems with my Evader DT. I cannot tighten the wheel nuts tight. Every time I do the wheels kind seize up. If i back them off the wheel wobbles and I am afraid of losing the nut. Anyone have any ideas. I do have bearings coming to replace the bushings.

Just did a few upgrades on my DT. Dropped in a h2o proof xl5 esc, speed gems amber motor and a traxxas h20 proof rx box, Traxxas 2075 h2o proof servo (truck is now half traxxas, lol). Fully waterproofed now. Just wondering what kind of tires and wheels to upgrade to. I wonder how the Evader EXT2 wheels will fit/look?
