RE: Belt CP rear rotor trim
Glad to hear things go better to you. Probably your bird has the "professional Gyro" with no head locking and your Tx has no serttings to compensate cyclic or pitch. Whenever you increase rotor speed some control is needed on tail to correct torque effect. This is something you have to deal with. The solution could be changing your regular gyro for a head lock one and a better radio set. Nevertheless, by now, try increasing gyro sensitivity as well as taking a look at the position of the tail rotor blade fixed shaft and try to move it as far as it can go to increase blades angle. Now you should get a quicker response on any heading variation (sesitivity), and a trim possition closer to the center point (more thrust). By the way, have you try Idle-Up yet? Your machine will behave differently and I don't know why but it seems in this position there is some kind of non programable compensation when pitch or ciclic is used, but this is just a gessing. Sorry I'm unable to upload any pict or video to illustrate. Don't know how. Good luck

RE: Belt CP rear rotor trim
Let's try another thing: you better get rpms on tail rotor so, move the hover trim about one point to the right and the pitch trim to the middle position. This setting should give you thrust enough which could be the solution.

RE: Belt CP rear rotor trim
Hi, farmerjoe: have you checked the tail servo is secure and not sliding on the tail boom? You can also trim the rotor by moving servo nearer the tail rotor till you get your trims close to the central point (or away).

RE: Tell me something about this engine
My son started with the stunt fly and used to performed have a FAI pattern with a McCoy .19, prop: 8/4 (home made out from light wood), and a proportional model to the Genesis of Bob Hunt. It used to work very well with 80 methanol / 25 castor oil and a hot plug.

Hi: Recently I've changed into those good-looking metal parts and the result was possitive in response and behaviour. I think it is a good thing to do. Rgd. Angel

RE: lipo charging
Hi; It depends on the charger and on the Battery Amps, the higher the longer. Sometimes when the input voltage on the charger, without a.c. input capability, is lower than 12 volts, battery will never get charged at all.

RE: Inherited toy
Great heli!! If you expect a 3D flight, don't even thik aout it, but if you want a stable nice flight and some simple aerobatic manuvers, it is ok. I don´t think it deserves an upgrade but a .50 is better than the .32, spares are expensive and rare and all screws got be cheked constantly. good luck!

Hi, all. I had this problem with the same servo but a different gyro. I had 4.8v 1000mha batt on board and changed it for a 6v 1000mha pack and the problem vanished.

RE: Reversed servos?
Hi, Stephenson: All the servos for the ccpm system must be the same or at least have the same movement direction, (say, if you interchange servos you don't have to reverse channels), if the newones you got don't move the same direction as the e-sky, you're having a problem because all control movements will be reversed but pitch since you cannot separate it from throtle. If you want to see it in the real life, remove esc cables from motor and see pitch move properly but opposite to throtle. All this is to say: New servos must be the same brand and type and besides, move the same direction as the oldones do. I was able to make a Belt CP with different movement servos fly by chenging push-rods direction but I don't think it is a good idea. Hope this could help. Good luck!

RE: honey bee king 2 setup with futabe 7c radio
Hi, Nitro: The reciever is not a big deal, only got to plug servos in the right position: ch-1 roll ch-2 cyclic ch-3 throtle ch-4 tail (gyro) ch-5 headlock sensor (if your have a headlock gyro on board, if not none). ch-6 collective pitch The flight settings should be done on your Tx. Hope this helps. Goog luck!

RE: Trex 450se Help!!!
Try this then. In the instruction manual there is a section "SWSH Swashplate types selection and Swash AFR. T-rex is "3-S Type" since the swash palte is 120º. First set the proper plate and then unplug the motor wires and check there is pitch response on the head while giving throtle. If it works then it is time for setting it properly. If there is a club nearby it is a good idea to pay a visit and request some help. Hope this help. Good luck!

Hi, Derek Have you set the proper plate configuration on your Tx? There is a setting for the 120º or 90º plates or even for normal one ( I mean one pitch servo)

Hi, Snowfox:: If you're looking for buying this machine on line at the end of the page there is "where to buy" link which takes you to an "on line order" and to ( http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=HMXE0800 ). There the e-flite Blade 400 option ( http://www.helihobby.com/html/e-flight_blade_rchelis.html ) and HBK·3 ( http://www.rc711.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=121_124&products_id=1286 ) I 'd keep the Blade 400 of the last two options. Good luck!

RE: NOOB ESKY 2.4ghz 6 ch TX question?
Hi, Hullabaloo: If you remove the 3rd batt. from the left in your E-Sky Tx you will find a hole and two microswitches down there. For NORMAL the setting must be: 2 = OFF, 1 = ON; for CCPM the possition should be the opposite, 2 = ON, 1 = OFF. About bidding: there is another small switch besides the antenna on your Rx, with the Rx on, press it for a few seconds, then turn it off, turn the Tx on and then the Rx. You will see a very fast led flashes on the Rx and then it stays solid. Now wait for the 4 in 1 readiness. Hope this helps. Rgds and good luck!

Hi, This page is not bad at all (http://www.rc711.com/shop/index.php?cPath=22) and they have many interesting things and upgrades to go on. Yes, I've noticed these E-Sky helicopters are not as popular as others but to get into this world I think they're Ok. I always order replacements online since prices are lower. Good flights!
