Yea that would be great for people to get something going like that.Iknow they run electric classes out there.I did the 13 hour drive just to get beat but will be there again this August. I,m almost positive that people will be running that car in the bracket class,But please keep me posted and if you do go there tell them the BLUESTAR from New Jersey says hello.

Hey Scott check out lynwoodrcdragracing.com they are right over the state line in Ill. don,t know how far that is from you in IN. but tomorrow is opening day they have classes that i,m sure you can run that car. Its a beautiful track its where we hold the Midwest Nationals the people are great and will answer any questions you may have .Hope its close to you they really go above and beyond preping the track with VHT and state of the art timing system.Let me know if you go .

Taz i,m glad your buisness is doing well but do you honestly think the average family man has 1,000dollars to plunk down on two cars because lets be honest what good is one car if son and father both want to race thats without the timing system and the ipod or iphone to tell you your e.t. and speed. Hey Taz all i,m saying is that there buying a very expensive toy and when they realizie that they like or dislike the sport of R/C Drag Racing is #1 that car won,t cut it and they will have to spend more money on a car that will and #2 its going to be very hard to resell a $500 toy. My first car was a rj speed rail you you can call it what you want old bolink whatever, But that car for $95 with a traxxas tx and rx that i had and a hobbywing combo system for $100 was crazy. And like you mentioned about a Father and his kid to play with, Don,t you think $500 is an awful lot to spend for a toy that only goes straight if he buys anything it should be a rustler hell that comes with everything also does 65mph and it turns, jumps and takes a beating and you can probaly line it up against the funny car and stay right with it. But hey to each his own times are tough i just hope they really weigh out the whole picture before spending halk a K.

Hey Scott go to Dragrace Concepts.com he has all of the newest chassis that we now use they are all $200 for all four sidewinder classes its really not as expensive as you think You never know you might get one and meet me at the line at one of the nationals :) But don,t get me wrong i definitely hear what your saying the car is totally cool looking..

Its not comparing apples to oranges at all, Its what i said in my other posts why spend your hard earned money for something that you can get for half the price. If your capable of turning a screwdriver to put a few screws in to mount a few parts which i,m sure we all are than you should look into what The_Shark said RJ Speed $99 comes with every thing you need except electronics which you can get for about 200 dollars for everything. And to top it off you will have something that will scream.And if you find drag racing is not your thing it will be alot easier to sell something most people are using at the tracks than it would be to sell a toy. Instructions included so don,t think you will get lost putting it together.

I,m just saying 500 dollars is alot to spend to see if your going to like something. So why not get something that will compete with the rest right from the start . Hey the car is a real eye catcher and is fine to play with in the street with your buddies. And to put something together that can turn extremely fast times is really not that expensive no where near $850 like posted.

The BLUESTAR which is the silver rail in the first picture is custom made. The cars pictured here are Grand motorsports on the left and Team Walbern on the right in the first picture. But like i said in my earlier post to keep these straight at 95mph for a 132' you have to make sure everything is dead on not as easy as it looks in the videos.

For 500 i can put together a T/F rail that will run 1.5s @ at least 85 mph consistently in 132 ft

If you want to check out some rc drag sites that sell cars go to dragrace concepts, rc car kings, grand motorsports and team walbern those are the most popular that sell high end drag cars. they have all classes from pro stocks up to top fuel cars and all the parts and we all know we will need those parts....
