Wes I just recieved a Top Flight radial dummy for an AT6. and it appears to be thicker than the other topflight dummy motors that I have got in the past. A person could fill one with plaster paris and vacuum form their own. Just a thought. Rich

Jimmy Did you tilt your landing gear forward or just mount them flat in the pocket? Also where did you mount the servo for the dive brakes? The Topflight AT6 radial motor from Tower hobbiespart num TOPA1745 fits the SBD perfict. Tom are you going to carry the piolits that KMP handles? When will you get some more large offset struts in. Waldo I had a very similary thing happen to 2 planes. They got out about as far as yours did and rooled in. On the second plane I changed recievers and it did the same thing. Turned out to be the transmiter. Even though I ranged checked it worked fine. On yours I would a long range check. I watched your video several times and if you had a ballance problem or two much yravel on the elev I would think it would have showen up right after you lifted off. I love the second video. It makes you smile . We all have been there. Rich

Jim if it has a 79 in ws I got mine frome ebay. Good flying bird. I don't thing I still have the manul . what ther was of it. I will check. I fly mine with a G23 . It flies it fine . Not a rocket though.

HS I am very interested in the conversion. Did you have to change any O rings in the carb? Does the 160 have the same pump asm as the 140? I wonder if the diaphram and plunger will hold up to gas. Thanks a bunch. Please keep me posted. Thanks Rich

If I do it again I would use air cyl or a seperate servo to work the doors. But you can get these to work. This is a Dave Platt set up.
