RE: RC AIRPLANE ENTHUSIAST ARRESTED AT EVENT
More pics of the event. In one pic you see the bonfire, in the other you see Swany hovering over the ashes. The Pitts doing the low pass is a full scale plane that did an aerobatic routine for us.

RE: RC AIRPLANE ENTHUSIAST ARRESTED AT EVENT
Well the rumor is true, I was arrested at Leipers on Saturday...in a very Dukes of Hazard fashion. Below is a video of the car chase and arrest: [link]http://theprofilebrotherhood.com/~video/NashBroArrest.wmv[/link] They passed the hat amoung the Pro Bros and the spectatotars for bail. The money raised was donated to a local RC pilot that was involved in a motorcycle accident. He has been in the hospital for 2 weeks. He is married with 3 kids and is self employed. THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT MADE A DONATION!

RE: Help with amp draw - new PIGI flier
Hey guys. I have flown the Pigi since it first hit our docks. Here are some things to be aware of. The APC E 12x6 draws less amps than a slow flyer prop (11x4.7) and pulls harder. If you switch from and 11x4.7 to and 11x3.8 you will also pull less amps. Now we have Lipo packs that can put out up to 60 amps so there is nothing to worry about as long as you stay in the right range of your motor. The Thunder Power 3s2p 4200 can put out up to 60 amps and we are getting 20 solid minutes of 3D flying. Times are good for E flight!

RE: RAPTOR BIPE............
I'm going the low temp, hot glue gun route. I was against it at first but it really helps the planes when you slam it into a wall or the ground. If you do hurt the plane you can peel the old glue off, realign and hit it again. It is very tough and will live a while with this method.

RE: problems with other club members
It's obvious what you need to do.....You need to invite about 10 Pro Bros down to your field. Get all of us on the flight line at once and by the end of the day they will be happy there is just one of you!

Yes sir. The grassy area off to the left is for the elecs. Front and center is for the profiles. Straight and far away is for the guys afraid to turn their planes (inside joke). To the far right will be burgers and drinks. First row of parking is for trailers. Bros get the front spaces.

Sorry about the short post. I was heading out. This is where Jeff Williams stayed last year. This is right off the main drag where you turn off to start toward the field. I think Jeff said it was about 10 minutes away. Jeff do you have any comments on the hotel?
