RE: mcx2 problems????
Try re-binding. Then, move the right stick forward and back and see if your linkages under the main props move. If they do, try flying again. If not, did you happen to crash at all? May have broken something. Google blade mcx2 repair youtube Maybe just disassembling/reassembling, you'll find something. Not a bad skill to learn anyway. I've done it. Piece of cake.

RE: WHen lifting heli goes left.....
What are the settings you got for your heli and TX, and what TX do you have? The TX manual should tell you how to enter the settings. If you don't have a manual, I'm sure you can get one online. I could possibly you find one.

RE: WHen lifting heli goes left.....
I'd check out some of the free helicopter flying lessons online. Yes, lessons. Flying helis is not as easy as most newbies would think. One set of lessons, for example, is on http://www.rchelicopterfun.com/how-to-fly-rc-helicopters.html. There are others as well, but pretty much the same. Also, get a sim, if you don't have one. Can't imagine anyone saying getting a sim is a bad idea. You'll likely get respones to this problem specifically, but you really need an overall plan.

RE: WHen lifting heli goes left.....
Oh, you may also want to look into transmitter settings for your heli to tame it down, while you learn it. For example, I just got Blade mCPx, and am trying these settings: http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=407020. NOW, recommended settings for your heli could be quite different. I have 3 helis, and each one's "tamed down" settings are different. I'll let someone familiar with your Walkera heli help you there.

Hydrofoams
I don't even know where to post this, so I'll start here. Just watched a video on hydrofoams or hydrogliders. Looked pretty cool, but can't seem to find anything current about them. Any threads I saw were from around 2005-2006 or so. Maybe there's a reason. Wink If worth looking into, I am interested in one set up to use with my Spektrum Dx6i transmitter. Anybody know where I can get current info on these?

RE: newbie with questions`
I'm using Phoenix. Read many places that it is the best for helis. However, I am a newbie, so my opinion is worth what it is worth. If you get advice for cheaper options, or knockoffs, I would be inclined to ask if they have experience with some of the more expensive options as well. As always, sometimes you get what you pay for. Of course if the sim is FREE, like HeliSimRC, then nothing lost.

RE: RC Helicopters to frustrating
Don't know if you tried any formal lesson plans, but if you would still like to fly your 450 3D, check out www.rchelicopterfun.com, and go to Flight School. You progress in small increments, so always feel like you are accomplishing something. Also, may want to try a simulator, if you don't have one. Free to crash those. I hear Phoenix is the best for helis, but also hear Real Flight has better training tools. One last option may be a fixed pitch or even co-axial for now. Just my two cents worth as newbie.

HeliSim Setups
I have a Blade mCX2 and mQX. Yes, big-time newbie here. How do I setup Helisim for a basic fixed-pitch helicopter and non-programmable controller? For example, should all Exponential Rates be turned OFF. Should my throttle and pitch curves be simply 0,25,50,75,100 (linear)? Can't really find any specs on my helis to set the Model Settings, so will just leave them as is, unles someone knows where to get them. I've looked everywhere. Anything else? Thanks
