RE: Finally started my Jagdpanther.
Here are few more pics, I've finalized the lower hull layout and completed the detail stuff. I ventured into the world of mud for the first time, just went for a light splash. I'll try and finalize the upper hull internal wiring and post some final completed pics.

RE: Slowing down a tank...
You could try using a Life battery, depending on how much you need to slow it down.

RE: 2.4GHz radio setup for Leopard 2a6
You can do as heavyaslead did, go the into menus and increase the end point adjustment to 125% or do both (that's what I did). The manual explains the procedures for making the end point adjustments.

RE: 2.4GHz radio setup for Leopard 2a6
You can program a channel mix to fire with ch. 5 (pg.37 of the manual), I did it with my Tiger, JP and Sherman. I replaced the CH.5 2 position switch with a trainer switch (momentary) and works great. If you perform the setup normal and then adjust the end points (pd.33 of the manual), it should allow for proper MG and gun firing without moving the trims.

RE: Finally started my Jagdpanther.
I thought the jack bracket looked a little cheesey, so I decided to fix it up a little. I learned a valuable lesson, cutting on small plastic parts and answering the phone at the same time is not a good idea. I managed to destroy the bracket, so made one to replace it:

RE: Finally started my Jagdpanther.
Thanks everybody, Jeff the example I'm following had the lower and road wheels painted this way. It is actually darker then it appears, but everytime I take a pic the flash makes it look much brighter then the upper . I'm not done on the lower yet, still have some weathering to do.

RE: Finally started my Jagdpanther.
I finished with the filters, used 2 different filters. The first was Tan for Tritonal camo and followed that with Brown for Dark Yellow. The main gun barrel was done with 2 coats of the Brown. Sollie, the trick is to apply a very, very thin layer to the tank - it's not a traditional wash, so don't soak the vehicle with a heavy layer. The filter unifies the colors like lightly over spraying with Buff, but is easier to control.  If you apply it to heavily it can be cleaned up/thinned out with white spirits. Second thing it does is allow you gradually to alter the tone of the colors. I used 2 different filters to get the result I wanted, don't feel restricted by the label on the bottle. Here are a few pics showing the progression from no filter to the final coat:

Why not order some proper decals or a stencil set instead of the HL stickers?
