Howdy rc ken, myself and a friend from tulsa will be attending with his AT6, we're really stoked about it. from the first time I saw the dvd a couple of years ago I knew I had to be apart of this event,I was trying to go last year but ran short on funds this year isn't much better but my wife informed me that I was going no matter what the cost. "It's great having such a supportive wife " I can't wait to meet all big boys that I see in the magazines, and It'll be great to be back in the mountains again

mmm......you never "win" anything on fleabay. All you can do is be willing to pay more than almost anyone else in the free world was willing to pay. That being said I hope it turns out to be a good deal for you.

2.5mm are easy, I can get them at my local ACE hardware, it's the 2.3mm that are tough to find.

RE: Later guys
ORIGINAL: brac1960 No offence to Nutt, every one is entitled to his or her opinion, but I did see him say on one of his videos, not to buy a Dx6i radio because the programing rollers were F****ng junk!! I really don't think thats fair to Spektrum who may be a sponsor or at least paying for there ads on this forum. With out those sponsors this forum would not be as fantastic as it is. I would hope he talked to Spektrum about the problem before posting such a video, if so, and they did nothing about it, then that would perhaps be justified. I can honestly say that if I ever have a problem with my Dx6i, and it was honestly a defect in the product, I would contact spectrum first, and if they refused to help, I would be very upset and would likely do the same thing, but I don't think I would expect to get away with a statement like that on this or any forum, with out some kind of recourse. I'm sure that Spektrum would be all over RC universe about that, if they knew????
All I can say to that is HUH!... and that after five months the brushed motor in my HBK2 is still performing flawlessly.

If you think this is expensive try fishing. Its a pretty cheap hobby once you get past the $15,000.00 for the boat.

It might be free but I've spent a little over five grand with their advertisers, I don't think they've got much to complain about.

I'm sorry to hear you're leaving nutt, I always enjoyed your posts and videos. I think the rules against spamming and shilling for a company are basically sound policy. However; like so many rules in so many forums they seem to be selectively enforced.

Tell me more about how and where you sold your helis. I'm about to flood the market. I'm discovering that I just don't have the reflexes and reaction times for helis.

RE: POST YOUR ONLINE ORDER EXPERIENCE HERE
I've ordered from just about every genuine, bona fide vendor (and I don't include hobbyists with affiliates that hang around R/C forums in that catagory) more than once and I was a little dissapointed with the time it took Ehirobo to ship one order but other than that I've never had a problem.

RE: GYRO SELECTION
Futaba GY-601 Gyro & 9251 Servo. If you're lucky it might work, and if you're really lucky it might even work better than a $38.00 Esky Head holding gyro and a $13.00 Hitec servo.

RE: Brushless Motor for Honey Bee King 2 ???
I don't see any problem with Esky motors, I'm using an Esky 1200KV in my HDX 500 and it rocks. Still using the brushed motor that came with my HBK2 that I got in January, and the 3800KV in my belt cp is still cooking. Danlion might be good motors, it's hard to say, one can't find any information on the net about them, whoever manufacturers them doesn't seem to want to claim them and I like my parts to be available from more than one source in the world in case there is a storm or something.
