RE: GTM 1/2 Scale Fokker Triplane
Here are some more pictures of the 3W 275 with the new custom muffler we had built for it. It is two mufflers joined into one. There is a divider in the center of the rectangle and there are various baffles inside as well. The hatch comes off so it can be bolted on. They tubes are 1.25".

Bruno, It is a Fiber Classic. It has a Q-100 in it. Not sure what it weighs. I am guessing about the same as my other ones weighed with the 3W 80's in them. Hoping to make it to WOD but not sure yet. Owatonna for you and Doug? I asgree the pilot looks very sad. Cal

Sam, There is a much easier way to synch the engines using the throttle curves built into the JR radio. It will allow you to tune the engines perfectly up and down the throttle range. Give me a call and I will explain. 612 280-5957. I use it for all of my 2 and four engine bombers. Cal Branton

The one I built has a G-62 and still needed a fair amount of nose weight. Flies very well at 1/2 throttle..

I am using a DLE-55 in mine. Great engine. It ran perfectly right out of the box with no adjustments. It flies my P-40 in excess of 110 MPH. I know because I clocked it against a P-51 with a GPS in it. I didn't have to add any nose weight and I am using the heavier Sierra 5" wheels.

BBD is on display in London at the Imperial War Museum. I don't think it is the original but it may be. Check it out.
