RE: Bashing of the Kadet Seniors
Hi, I am using a Saito .56 and it is just perfect for the way I fly. My friend has a saito .72 on his. He has a bomb drop trap door and he also has a rocket launch system on the wings. His has ailerons with a much flatter wing and is set up as a taildragger. Mine is bone stock but if I ever "rekit it" I'll make some mods to it. Goodluck with the build. Robert

RE: Bashing of the Kadet Seniors
This is going to be a great thread. Today my stock Kadet Senior was involved in a low level, 5 feet or less incident. My buddy who also was flying his Senior, and I, was having a low altitude, low speed oval track race. He overtook me on the inside of a turn and his prop chewed thru my left wing tip. My plane shuddered but seemed fine. Man was this a fun day. We flew a total of about 15 flights each. The goal was not to bust altitude and be the last to finnish the 10 circuits. Seniors Rule!

RE: Ceiling Tile Question
I have used ceiling tiles for a long time. I use the bottom side and I've never noticed any problem with deformation due to weights applied. I have a friend that uses sheetrock, but IMO, it is to difficult to insert pins into. Robert

RE: Bud Nosen Giant Scale Aeronca Build
Hi Ron, I've been following your build too. I got so excited that I bought some plans to scratch build myself one. I sent you a pm, but just incase you didn't get it, I'll ask you here. I was wondering if you still have the die-cut sheet that formers f1 and f2 came out of. If so could you trace the outline for me to use? The plans don't show a view of these, and I think thats about all I would need to build it with just the plans. Thanks Robert
