RE: what plane to build around OS.10 engine?
Me? Pushrods? Whatever is light and easy to use. I have used the golden rods and steel wire in tubes in the past. -Dave

Why do model engines use so much oil?
Why do the small model engines use so much oil? Why will my string trimmer run on 50:1 gas, when my .40 need methanol with 15% oil? With all of the advanced materials out there, one would assume they could build something that was more efficent and did not slobber all over the plane. Thanks! -Dave

Glow plug life?
So I have a product engine I converted to SPI. It really screams now and is a blast to fly. I am running 30% nitro w/ 14% synth/castor blend. Assuming I do not over-lean....what sort of lifespan can I expect out of the plug? -Dave

1/2 A flying wing?
So I want to build a simple 1/2a flying wing w/ a pusher babebee or product engine. I want a minimalist-type design similar to the yb-49. The zagi kits seem a bit $$$. Anybody have any leads or ideas for something that might fit the build? I am not set up to cut foam, so I need some sort of kit or adaptation. Thanks! -Dave

RE: Electric starter
Well not much changes trying the small hole. Perhaps the compound in the cup is a little soft and connects to the spinner a little too well, causing the vibration whenever the alignment is not perfect. Thanks for the help, -Dave
