A reminder to all... For requests for specific plans or on questions about how to print plans or other questions about A plan please post it as a new topic. This sticky thread is ONLY for posting links to plans FOR downloading or to discuss problems with downloading those plans. Once you have a plan then it's time for a new topic thread. BMatthews
As I read on the forum, many posts ask about free plans. These are some links I collected where you can find nice free plans (some are the same), most will require a CAD viewer. I'm sorry, but I didn't understand which version (.40 or .60) you are suggesting for the TTf91s.

would a TT f91S be too heavy a on a great planes extra 300s .40? Would it be underpowered for the .60 version? thank you david

help! I desperately need to build somthing!!!!
I have a thunder tiger f91s just sitting there and I was thinking to put it in a nice Great planes extra 300s. The problem is GP, as you know, makes a .40 and a .60 size. I’m afraid that the TT 91fs is going to be a little heavy for the .40 and not so powerful on the .60! Please help! I need to build something!!!! Any alternative suggestion for a suitable plane greatly appreciated! I’m definitely in a bad need to build something! Thank you david

RE: engine for bipe?
Now, Since this is my first 4 stroke, I ask you to be patient. The TT engine manual is not very clear to me, I downloaded the OS 91 FS manual and things are a bit different: full throttle for 5 seconds at max rpm, then slow down by opening the needle valve. Seems that the Os breaks-in with a 10 seconds alternate process of closing and opening the needle valve at full throttle! . In the TT manual no mention is done about throttle setting, it just says to not exceed 5000 rpm in the first five minutes… does it mean I have to run at full throttle for the first 5 minutes checking not to exceed 5000 rpm? Or should I throttle up and down for the first tank of fuel not exceeding 5000 rpm… uhm.. Please help me understand the correct procedure. Thank you david

aviomodelli bipe
Wondering which engine I should use in my aviomodelli bipe special. Manufacturer suggests a TT pro61, but I think that for a WS55 8-8,5lb model a .61 may be weak. I considered a lot of engines (ST G90, Tower 75, Gms 76, mvvs77), but all I came up with is confusion! Please help! Has anybody used a 2-stroke with this model? thank you david

G75-G90 differences?
Why should I buy a Supertigre G75 instead of a G90? The G90 has more power in the same dimensions and price is just 7-8 bucks more… the only thing I can think of is the different fuel consumption. Is that an issue? thanks david

RE: engine for bipe?
thanx stelios I found that the manufacturer suggests a TT pro 61 which weights 740g, the Os fs 91 is 686, so I think the TT 91 4-stroke, about 730g, should be perfect to avoid a tail heavy plane. The problem is i don't know anything about this engine!

engine for bipe?
I just got an Aviomodelli Bipe Special WS 55, 7,5 lb, the manufacturer suggests a 10cc 2 stroke engine. I have to choose between these 3 engines: TT GP61, Supertigre G75, MVVS 77 ( cost here in Italy is almost the same) … which is best? thanx david

MVVS 28,TT pro36 or GMS 32?
I want to convert my multiplex skycat ( 1mt wspan) from electric to glow. Glow conversion suggested by multiplex is a .20-.25 2 stroke engine, but considering that the suggested electric version (permax600 3:1) sucks, I am thinking about the following engines: MVVS 28 1,1/17000 TT pro 36 1,1/17000 GMS 32 1,2/18000 these engines seem to have very similar characteristics, but I find that also an OS 40 LA has the same horsepower and weighs even less ... please help. thank you david

RE: planking or sheeting?
thank you!!! well..I will definitely opt for 3/32" sheeting! The molding method sounds like a very accurate one, but in this case (making just one fuse) I'll wrap the soaked balsa directly over the structure. Would an ammonia solution work better than plain water? Which percentage of ammonia is needed? Should I use gloves or some kind of protection with ammonia?

planking or sheeting?
This is my first real scratchbuilt, I planned the structure from a 3-view and some cross sections, now I would need your suggestion on which would be the best technique to cover a structure like this. Planking ( 3mm) sounds like a really hard job and most probably the fuse will end up being heavy, if sheeting over sharp curves I should use very thin balsa (1,5-2mm) and that sounds easier but fragile. thank you david
