Thanks for the leads Mike I'm getting close Zagnuts siw shooter is what I'm kinda looking for[:D] I got closer last night turning up a prototype to see what tooling I have to make , I ground a Unibit down to match the taper and it sort of worked, After seeng Zags Hub I have got a way to do it (I think) now. cutting a taper
What do you home machinist guys do to cut an inside taper when you make your own prop adaptor? I have a small lathe and turned up an adaptor but got stumped when it came to the inside taper. Any ideas or tips Thanks Den

Well I went and did it I won a reonditioned saw on ebay Puolan pro 260 for my current build [:D] Tonight I got it and IT got taken apart down to the short block , I know I have to go with electronic ignition. The question I have is how short is too short to order the prop adaptor for it as I have a rather tight install. Any tips are welcome also Den

I building a 1/4 scale Cessna 165 and I hope to use a Homelite 45cc conversion but I need some #'s before I buy. What I need #'s for are From the back plate too the flywheel face. From the center of the shaft to the top of the plug Cap. This plane has a rather small cowl and I need a compact engine to fit. Thanks Den

HI Guys Came from an "old" as I was told Ryan leaf blower but looks to be never run. Plusses light and looks like I can spin the cylinder to either side if I want Minus is the very short shaft any ideas who make this thing ? Oh the piston is 1.33"dia if that helps Thanks in advance Den
