none of my traxxas ever broke, my t-maxx 3.3 has never broke other than dumb stuff like the bumpers. i have yet to have to replace anything. now redcat,,,,, i would break something every half tank

i dont think the math works like that for real in theory it does because a 30cc weed eater motor has about 1-2 hp i really dont think they have that much hp.

deff, NOT no 40hp p think about it. a large lawn mower motor is only 3-8hp max... a nitro is not gonna have no 40hp more like 2-4 prolly closer to 3-3.5h

IT WILL idle fine untill i hit the gas then it sticks in gear ill check the clutch it just started to i was thinking it may have rusted because i am running in the snow. ill tear it down and let yall know & gingle if your trying to up your post count post something usefull

my plane motor has a huge heat sink on it, and my car has a fan that is run by the motor that blows on the motor,just like the prop would if it was on a plane and it dont matter how old the thread is,

T-maxx 3.3 not coming out of gear or???
last time ran my t-maxx 3.3 it was fine, today i get it out and it seems to be sticking in gear and keeps shutting down because it stays in gear im not sure if its the tranny or what? maybe the clutch? anyone have this problem before? and what did you do to fix it?

i have the same motor and im trying to tune it up. i have a brand new os max 40 airplane motor im thinking of putting that on the car since the gs11 is a plane motor any how... does yours have a fan in front of it to?

haha yea my redcat broke every half tank,my tmaxx 3.3 is tough as nails, i run it in 20 degree's and nothing breaks. my jato was the same, i would slam it into a snow bank at full speed and it just bounced off and kept going. i dunno if i would want to run the tmaxx with no 4x4 or reverse, i love the reverse, and it would be almost un controllable as a 2x4. im about the lock up the diffs on my tmaxx, once i do that it will be unstoppable
