Hey Hey lets keep this thread alive... I got a FT T4 with old style M11 tx, Mamba Maxx 5700 and race it... I need to update my sig and buy a new ESC... smoked the last one. Velcro didnt stick and it came out and got... sadly crushed, shorted, and then died.

Actually the hybrids don't use electricity they didn't make... It's all in regenerative breaking and an alternator. Something like that would be really hard on your fridge and AC because the compressors are made so that they HAVE to run for at least a half hour and once their off they have to sit for a while. Rapid on and off destroys them

I think I'll upgrade the tail to a decent digital servo and keep the stocker as a spair because I'm don't have the budget yet to pay nearly 100 bucks for a set of 3 servos... If all else failed I could just take my HS 56MG out of my RC18T and just buy 2 more of them for now...

Sweet... Yeah I played with the Realflight 3.5 and something clicked and I could mostly hover the CP heli steady... It was a .60 size Nitro thought so that probably made a difference. I'm almost posative that I have the mechanical aptitude for this... how hard is it to fly 3D with one of these birds once I get used to it?
