RE: What do you think about JETLEGEND L39?
The cylinders are BVM P/N: 5752 Cylinder Dia 5/16 with 1"5/16 stroke. Again the key leverage more so than brute force. Don

RE: What do you think about JETLEGEND L39?
Mine has a Behotec JB-180 Gold approx 45lbs. I have never had any problems with my doors opening or closing. I agree with everyone else it does like 100psi in the system. Here are some pics don't know if it helps.

Well I can't wait to hear Miss America and be around airplanes all day. Noon demos are short and usually keep the sky filled while people are eating lunch. I'll be there with some of my Jets and Heli's

RE: Breckenridge Jet Weekend Oct 22-25
Cool, I'll make calls 15 miles out like I do down at the afterburner event in MS. Glad to have an event that is not in the middle of summer! I used to fly a King Air down to this airport for some people a few years ago. It's a very neat place.

Will the airport be closed for the day? I might try to fly down for the day with the F-16 or L-39. Don

RE: Who flew today, Sunday
It was great here in Oklahoma also! Light winds 85 deg. I did the initial test flights on Andy's SM L-39 all went good. Andy flew his boomer and also put 3 good flights on his L-39. I flew my well worn and trusty SM F-16 all with no problems!!

We got the springs installed in Andy's L-39 last night. So I think we are ready to go, on the test flights tomorrow. Steve you need to come out and get some more time on yours tomorrow. Don

RE: Behotec 180?
I have had all of their motors except the 55 and again they all have been good to me. I currently have a JB66, JB165, JB180 Gold. All are Kero start and I have well over a 100 starts on my JB66 with zero problems. Peter at Altecare can do most service work. Major repairs are sent back to the factory. Never had to send any of mine back in for major work.

Got mine yesterday and in 15min mine was changed out for my 12X. I just cut a slit in the heatshrink where the ridge in the case would match up and it fit perfectly. Don

Glad everyone made it yesterday. We have to hit it hard before it's 100 deg for the next two months! Yes steve I'll bring both planes to the warbird event. You are going to have to get some more time on your L-39 before you forget how to fly it!

RE: Jetlegend 1/6 Scale F16
<span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 8pt">This guy is full of BS. This guys brags about having a full scale yak. Yet the FAA has no record of him being a pilot, if you go here https://amsrvs.registry.faa.gov/airmeninquiry/ you can search and see if someone has a license and what ratings they have. Granted in his gallery he has a pic of a R/C yak, still not the real thing. I fly with all of the active turbine flyers in OK and no one knows this guy. These forums are about sharing information, but they should also be used to alert those who spread misinformation.

RE: What do you think about JETLEGEND L39?
I'll have to look, but I have two Duralite Li Mangananese Batt's in the nose and the camlex cockpit kit is fairly heavy, I think there is very little lead in the nose. The Rx batt is under the cockpit.

Mine is at 5 1/2 back and it is nose heavy to me. I'm just too lazy to change it. Maybe I'll move it back when I add smoke to the plane. Don
