RE: Maiden on the GP P-38 Yesterday.
Has anyone had trouble with the nose gear bracket, IE strength of the ply its bolted to. Any reinforcments nessesary? What about the engine mounts any upgrade done there? seems rather thin. What about putting fiber glass inbetween?

RE: Maiden on the GP P-38 Yesterday.
Yea, i no they dont need much, i never used a micro servo. this will be smallest plane i got, i figure something with like 20 ounces of torque would be lots

RE: Pulse XT 40: couple questions
The landing gear needs to be beefed up for sure. triangle stock etc. Very nice plane to fly. I got a OS46ax with a macs tuned pipe. with a 11.5x7 bolly prop and this thing MOVES!!!! I changed the tail wheel out and put in a larger rod. stiffer also. The motor mount should be CA'd just to make sure. other than that it is a nice plane. Brad

RE: DX6i verses JR Sport SX600
You looking for money saving? Personally i would buy futaba but the 2.4ghz technology is amazing, personally i hate the JR radios and their recievers are retarded also. But if you got mind set on JR buy the DX6I ten model memory is nice to have. individual set up per plane, only thing you need is a reciver for each plane. dont have to worry about crystals. 2.4ghz also has virtually no interferance. 20 of you can fly at once and no one will have issues. Go with the spektrum.

evolution 61nt?????????
When i turn the prop with finger over carb, as it compresses the fuel draws to the carb, once it flips over the compressin state the fuel quickly draws back to tank??? The plane is a tail drager, would the angle of the plane cause this. the motor runs until you hold the plane up right andi got it set real rich and still will quit. Tank problem?

RE: What is a good first build plane?
My second plane was a SIG Kavalier, its a good mid wing second build plane easy to build flys awesome and takes you into the world of stunts. The Pulse xt 40 by hanger 9 is also a good ARF but for a second plane might be little tight. But Build SIG kit they the best for years, when choosing pick a plane with dehidral. will slow for landings tell you get used to the landing.

The C.G on my Ultimate Bipe 40 by Great Planes says " the C.G is located 2-3/8" back from the leading edge of the bottom wing, next to te fuse sides. That might help, they similar planes.
