Does anybody know if there is a tucano for gasoline engines instead of turboprop? The thing is that I love this plane but the turboprop is so expensive... Thanks a lot

RE: Comp ARF BAE Hawk build thread
ORIGINAL: siclick33 Has anyone tried this with a smaller turbine than P120? I am eventually looking at getting a P140RX but, in the meantime, was wondering if it would fly with a P100?
Finally, did you fly it with the P100? I am thinking of purchasing one hawk for my M-100 Jets munt turbine.

You can also use a less volts battery to feed your filling pump.

Spektrum 10DXt
Has anybody tried this transmitter? http://www.spektrumrc.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdId=SPM2800US What experiences do you have with this radio, I mean if it is reliable and efficent. What about the expansion they mention in the web. I think 10 channels are a little bit short, with 12 it would be the best. Waiting for your comments Thanks

RE: When's the 12X replacement coming?
Perhaps this one is of your interest. It is compatible with JR receivers. The Spektrum DX10T http://spektrumrc.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdId=SPM2800US It has only 10 channels but what do you think?

RE: C-ARF Ultra Flash build Thread + Video
Do you think this gear will fit well in the UF? http://www.behotec.de/xtcommerce/product_info.php?info=p378_Trailing-leg-set-C36-2-for-Flash.html I think this legs will resist better the landing impacts and they will mantain straight easily, better than the AT legs. Thanks

RE: Flash Fuel System/Main tank Questions
Hi, thinking of building a UF for my Munts 100 I wonder if I need the wing tank or with main one it´s enough. In case of wing tank, How do you avoid it to spill fuel when disconnecting of the main one. I think it could be a problem for wing transport. What kind of connector do you use for this purpose? Thanks

RE: What jet for a Jets Munt M-100?
Thanks for your replies, I love the appearance of the skymaster vipe jet 2m, but I´ve heard that it doesn´t fly very well. The bandit of course is a very good option but a little bit expensive. The ultra flash could be a good option, but I´m not convinced of the one piece wing, I think it is not efficient for transporting into the car. I love the F-20 but I´m afraid the M-100 will be a little short of thrust. Carlos, I´m glanced to meet you here. We knew in the last rcmodelistas meeting in Marugán I am Angel and was flying a falcon 120 along with Juan Manuel. Hope to see you soon. Regards

What jet for a Jets Munt M-100?
What jet can I purchase for my M-100 turbine? It is 11 Kg of thrust and only weights 1000 g. I know the elan but I prefer something more classic with only one boom. Thanks

Hello, I was thinking of the posibility of purchasing one skymaster F-5/F-20 for my M-100 Jets munt turbine. Do you think it will fly well or it will be short of thrust? Thanks

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust
ORIGINAL: highhorse Perhaps your nose gear is a bit too long? A slightly nose down attitiude will help "pin" it yo the runway after touchdown, preventing some of the bouncing you see when landing a bit too fast. Just a thought.
Yes, I´m sure that the nose strut is too long but the problem is that I cannot unscrew the steering arm in order to shorten the leg lenght. I don´t know if the screw is in metric or inches but I´m not able to unscrew it with my metric allen. Anyway the bouncing happens even touching with rear main legs only, so I suppose the lenght of the nose leg is irrelevant in this case. Thanks

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust
Thanks all of you I´ll try to speed down my landings a quite a lot, my concern is to decrease so much the speed that the baby stall before reaching the runway. I am starting in jets and I need to get accustomed to this kind of engines, but anyway your advices are always wellcome. Regards

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust
Hi, I have got a baby boomerang with a Jet 1-A gear and it is very hard for me to land it because it bounce a lot even in soft landings. I think perhaps due to the springs are too soft. Does anybody know if it is possible to get any harder springs? Has anybody the same problem? Here you have a link for the maiden flight, this is what I refer, please pay attention to the landing and give me your opinion. http://video.google.es/videoplay?docid=-6703117081311650646 Thank you.

RE: new Arf Boomerang 14lb thrust
Hello, I am working on my first turbine jet, the BB Boomer. I have installed a jet 1-A gear but I noticed that the front gear is a bit long, so the airframe is a little nose up and it would must be a little nose down (the manual says 20º). Does anybody have shorteed the front gear? or it is not necessary. Thanks
