RE: new Raptor 30 V2 engine problem
A header tank just acts as an air trap and helps keep you from getting an air bubble into your carb line. Have you leaned the engine out from the break in settings?

RE: Small Heli for First timer, BUT with experience...
I would also reccomend something better then the Blade CP. I have had many many headaches caused by blade CP's. However my first good heli was much more stable and actually fun to fly. Get something like the blade 400, or a trex, etc....

Rator 50 v2 Trimming
I have a question on trimming my raptor 50v2. When hovering or climbing it is dead on perfectly trimmed. If you are loosing altitude it will bank just a tiny bit to the right, easily correctible but would be nice if it was perfect both ways. Blades are very close to tracking perfectly but still a bit off. Will geting the blade tracking closer, if thats even possible, make the difference in my issue? Thanks!

RE: Pull pull help needed
Mike you want the cables to stay tensioned all the way both directions. Make sure the all the distances from the center lines of the pivots points are the same. Your 4" offset on the control arm also needs to take into account the thickness of the control surface to get the distance from the centerline correct. If that doesnt help make sure the pivot points are in the same relationship to the attachemnt points as well, Hope that makes some sense and helps you out.

Raptor .30 Parts availability
Hello, My LHS has a raptor .30 for a good price, i was considering buying it, but I was wondering if i should wait and buy a V2 instead. Are parts readily available for the V1? Are there any drawbacks to the V1 over the newer versions? I was also considering a .60 size instead as well. I have flown helis before but they were old and parts became an issue, id rather not have that happen again. I do want a nitro heli. Thanks

RE: How did you come to love Warbirds?
My grandfather was a B-17 mechanic in WWII. There is just something about a plane without a single computer in it that makes it that much more appealing over these new elcetronically flown pieces of garbage.

RE: Rudder elevator mix in Futaba 6EX
I have the 6xa super, if the programming is similar, you must move the stick towards the direction you are progamming and it will set it on that side. I think you need to push your stick right and then change the + to a - or vice versa. I could be wrong tho.

RE: Weird Radio Problem with my Diamond Dust with Jett 60LX
metal control rods sometimes cause interference when used on an engine, you might want to try a different control rod if its easy to try.

RE: Help with my Sig Something Wild, er, I mean Sig Something Extra
I just flew my someting extra for the first time tonght. Its my 5th plane. I used my original skysport4 just for fun, no fancy anthing, just mechanical setup and go. I am glad to see you got it all settled out, or i would have had to go check all my control throws for you, the plane flies very nice fast or slow. I was doing 1' inverted passes with mine on the second flight.

RE: Need to upgrade Radio
Thanks for the input guys. Contests are requiring 2.4 now, hmm didnt know that, i guess i might as well save up and get a 10c with fasst then and slowly transition over from the 6ax to all fasst. PipeMajor- I have never had a problem flying a heli on my 6ax super so im not so concerned about that,
