RE: 30cc Slipstream Sbach342
That looks really good Splias! I've recently thought about a 3D solution in this size. Looking forward to your flight report. Specifically I'd like to know how the wing loading feels in slow flight, harriers and hover. Landing? I'll bet that power will not be a factor. Good luck. Joe

RE: Sepulveda Basin
Thanks for posting these documents Jason! I see some familiar names there, if anyone is reading who was around back then can chime in with any stories or memories it would be neat. It sure looked like a monumental effort to create the runway and organize the funds. Do you have anymore photos or letters like this?
ORIGINAL: JasonP Thank you gentlemen for the kind words. We are continuing what the club has been doing for 60 years. Check out the pics below. It is from August 1973 when the Club raised the money and build our runway where it stands now. You will find the name of all the contributors.. I think there was no Woodley or the 405 Freeway.
No doubt Billy!!
ORIGINAL: Billy Nice piece of history there Jason.
Benny is my hero as well as Dennis and so many others at Apollo field! Keep up the good work my friends! Thank you for the photos Jason, I would venture to guess there has never been more done as a valley flyer president than in your 2 terms, big pat on the back to you. These Valley Flyers improvements will be long lasting symbols of all who are involved in making the field a better place to fly at. THANKS!!! Joe
