RE: Military colors only at warbird meets?
Sounds reasonable to me. Why are you so special that they should change the rules for you? Poll you put up has nothing to do with the situation you are whining about.

RE: durafly se5a power drain
I'm not familiar with that one. Sounds like it's set in a storage mode. You need to get it set somehow so it charges to 12.6v. That's your flight time problem.

What is the voltage reading at the battery connectors after charging? Sounds like a charger problem to me.

RE: HOBBY KING 1300mm Lancaster LEMON Hobby Kings worst release yet ?
Maybe you should start out with a trainer and work up to a multi motor warbird. If you see something that obviously won't work during assembly the smart thing is to fix it.

Have a look at the Hobby King RadJet. I like mine very much. My first pusher so I don't have anything to compare it too.

RE: Availability of Parkzone
I wouldn't call the stock motor, esc/rx from Frankie "perfectly good equipment". Servo's are OK. You could use it in any airframe around 30oz AUW.

RE: Motor runs after TX is shut off
ESC was already armed when he shut off the TX. It's going to go to whatever setting the receiver tells it to. Probably the setting at the last bind. Best thing to do is TX on first off last

RE: Killerplanes
I bought two of the BH P-38's at different times. No problem with either purchase. Great flying airplane! If you research the negative reports about BH you'll find a lot come from people who have never ordered from them and those who have unrealistic expectations about customer service and warranty claims. killerplanes made my "anybody but" list with all their advertising posts on all RC forums about their crash proof. Maybe this is another one of those devious advertising topics? Try hobbyking for the P-38 if you're scared of BH.

RE: Slow stick Forum!!
CG should be 4 1/8" behind the wing leading edge. Doesn't matter where anything is mounted, shift stuff around until it balances there.

Some things we just have to accept as true. Why are tip stalls followed by crashes always the fault of receiver brown out?
