PL Excellence
I recently received an almost new in box PL Excellence. There is almost 7 inches of tube (3/4") inserted into the wing. I know Tony Stillman had problems with his first one a few years ago and I'm wondering if this is enough length for both wings. I'm not sure and I thought I would pose the question here. I'm going to email Tony as well. Thanks Greg Grigsby

RE: USA AMA NSRCA Pattern Nats Muncie Indiana
It was my worst nats finish I've had but also one of the most enjoyable nats I've ever had! I have not participated in a nats since 2002 and I was simply amazed at the quality of flying in masters, f3-a, advanced, and intermmediate. I had a young man come up with me by the name of Houston Schwiezer. He is all of 13 and I worried about leaving him alone at sight 4. He was well cared for. So often times one gets got up in the hard cold realities of the world, that it's nice to come to this contest and simply just enjoy it. Congrats to all the winners! I'm going to start practicing now for next year!..... Greg Grigsby
