DeLand 92......I was 6 lol, no offense I got into jets with the help of Grbaker in 01 on a scratchbuilt F5( he called it the mic-20) looking ducted fan someone across the pond built while he was here just to fly.....I flew it for awhile till the old motor quit turning......ducted fans were fun when operating correctly.....ill have to find a pic and see if anyone knows the plane/builder.

dont see anything about a um mig.....just a 32 inch wingspan mig?????? now on the other hand the electrifly um f86 looks like a hk copy.......cant fault em.......compared to horizon they got some catching up to do Um mig......right up my mig alley!!!!!

RC, most of the jet action will be out at scobee........I like to fly at fbrc but make it out scobee every once and awhile Im trying get get a buddy back into jets and maybe we could hook up at scobee or fbrc next sunday? Ps.......of all the planes ive flown, the boomer is the simplest and most forgiving for a new jet pilot while learning all the ins and outs of the sometimes complex workings of the jets. Paul

Lol.......same debate over radios still exist that i would read 15 years ago......after 10 years of flying jets and other types of planes they still make it to the ground........some better than others lol. Lol a $3000 futaba radio.......musta gotten some of that bailout money!

Well if you bought a brand new jet kit from bvm, comp arf,tom cook, yellow aircraft.......would they send a new fuse if one was damaged?????......my only thing is reps and dealers are only as good as the mfgs that stand behined them......i feel as thhough once they have your money they forget you and on to the next sucker.... .i can understand aa bandit or flash failing.....mostly due to lots of flights high g aerobatics ect......not to forget 200mph plus they are flying at while doing these aerobatics................but when was the last time you heard a bvm f4 or f100 blow a wing off...........its sad that a scale plane doing 150 or so flying level just blows up..........if there was any care this would stop happening....or we should stop buying this junk that they just throw out there.......a rep is a rep......you can get ahold of bvm or cook........wheres fej owner???

carf rookie with jc titan
Hello, Trying to find out some info on the rookie 2.....I'm having withdraws after crashing my kangaroo into a tree.....love that plane. I have a jc titan at 34lbs thrust and want to try the crazy tumbling and hovering realm of jet and wondering will the titan fit in the rookie and what size fuel tank would give the best flight time.
