RE: Thunder Tiger EB4 G3 Electric Stock
Is there a Possibility to increase top speed with out changing ESC. I,m using 2 2S PACKS which makes the car a bit heavy. I assume it will increase somewhat 10 more KM/h as now it has 50 Plus Km/h by reducing the weight & buying 1 Single pack 4S. Will the Power to Weight Ratio effect in Top Speed as 2 Packs would be atleast 500 Grams heavier than 1 Pack? Thanks

Thunder Tiger EB4 G3 Electric Stock
Hello, Anybody who have an experience with this Buggy. Need info on How is it as a Buggy, Top Speed , Performance & if any Upgrades needed. I,ve just Bought One & am using 2 2S batteries in Series & got a reading with a Mobile Phone GPS on top of it 50 Km/h which i feel is a bit slow but the acceleration is mind blowing. Any suggestion to make it run faster or better. Thanks

Planing to Buy Futaba 4PK But Scared :(
Hello, I,m Planning to Buy Futaba 4PK But Scared as it's Recommendation for Battery Receiver R604FS is a Nicd Only. I need to know is there any other Option rather than Using the Nicd battery Pack such as 7-Cell 8.4V 4200mAh NiMH along with Electronic Speed Control. I mean to say that I would hook the battery to the Electronic Speed Control.

RE: Revo 3.3 vs. Tmaxx 3.3
I Own Both Revo 5308 & T-Maxx 4908. As a matter of Fact I find both difficult to be compared as both have different platform. Ya they r Monster Trucks but because of the Difference in Technology such as Chassis & Suspension they R Totally Different from Each other in every respect. Differences such as Handling, Acceleration etc just because of the way they r built. Revo & T-Maxx as far as Durability is Concerned go hand an hand. I wouldn't give Revo or T-Maxx more Credit than the other. The Feeling U get from Driving Revo U wouldn't get it from T-Maxx & Vice Versa. It's all about the Feeling U get while Driving such High Performance RC's, feelings that in fact can't be described by Words until Practically Felt by Oneself. Accidents do happen, & can happen with any One. No matter how Best an RC or any Product Worth Considered as UnBreakable or UnSinkable will Break & Sink just like the UnSinkable TITANIC ;). Revo is a Beast more like a Racer & a Basher at the Same Time, by the way a Very good Basher & T-Maxx is not less in any way but a bit Slower than a Revo But Doesn't Bottoms Down like the Revo & a Much Good Basher than the Revo. Both r more Durable than anybody who Intends to Use them in a Humanly Manner unlike Bought it to Break it. The Only thing I hate about T-Maxx is it Exhaust Pipe on the Side rather than at the Back like Revo, Dirtying Ur Tyres & eventually Fading their Color other Wise One day I Drive Revo the Other Day I Drive T-Maxx & Both Feel absolutely Different. Now Choose by Looks if U Want :)

RE: 10-8-09 You Asked For It - TRAXXAS
Ya U r Right, 1/5 Scale Traxxas would 've cost a T-Maxx & a Revo but then people crazy for this Hobby would'nt have find it expensive for even a Revo after a Year would cost after Hopups some where close to the 1/5 scale if not more. As far as costing is concerned people even with lesser amount do come up with more than their budget when they really want something bad ;) where do they get it from God knows Hahahahaha & I,m one of them. Look at it this way, I,m living in Pakistan & have no Proper LH Shop. Have One Revo 5308 & a T-Maxx 4908 & each costed Me Twice More than what U Pay in the U.S & the Spare Parts also. Guess what, Where is My LHS. IT's Hobby Town Dallas ;))

RE: 10-8-09 You Asked For It - TRAXXAS
I was actually thinking, it would've bin Nice if Traxxas had Given a 1/5 Gas Version of Slayer with Light Weight of-course as Traxxas is Technological in Manufacturing New Stuffs. or atleast a 1/6 to give a New meaning to the RC World that how it is very different from the 5B Baja & the rest of the 1/5 Scales.

RE: 10-8-09 You Asked For It - TRAXXAS
I Dont think it would be any of the the Previous Models, though I was previously thinking it would be a Update of T-Maxx or Jato, but the Hype they r giving to the New Comer suggests it something really New & Huge. something like the Likes of HPI Baja or stuff. 1/5 scale Revo suspension Slayer kind of thing, but Who knows. by the way when the Hell r they going to Show us on their Site?

RE: tmaxx sputering
Possibility is Ur Clutch Shoe has worn off or the Spring has broken. By the way richen the LSN 1/4 of a Turn & check it out & fter that Check Ur Idle Speed Needle, after checking the LSN go for the Idle Needle & Turn it 1/16 or 1/8 Counter Clock wise & Check.

RE: traxxas revo 3.3
Revo 5308 doesn't have Reverse gear installed at the Factory. U can install in it later on & I haven't installed it. As far E.Z Starter is concerned, its the best thing as far as I,ve experienced but the battery should be Charged for the E.z Starter to work well.
