Cutlass
Would anyone out there know the difference between a Cutlass and a Cutlass Supreme? My reason for asking is that I purchased a "New in box Cutlass Supreme" that is missing half the wing parts (at least I can replicate the parts from the other half) and the top view of the fuse. I believe Eureka has a set of plans for the Cutlass. Will these work? Thank you for your time, Harry

RE: Focus II Instruction manual
I have not heard a word from either of these fellows since their first post. I am pretty sure that I can finish it without a manual. Harry

RE: FOCUS II ARF construction by-the-numbers
Hi Don, Yes I am the one who asked for a copy of the instructions for the focus II. A couple of fellas replied but have since disapeared. If you could furnish them it would be of help. Thanks, Harry[:)]

RE: anyone know what kit this is
Well AJ, I covered the old one with econocote. This is not the most robust covering but it has served me well over the years. If you glass it, it may well be a "pig" unless you use a fairly powerful gas engine. I fly mine on an OS BGX 3500 and although not unlimited vertical, it flies well at around 6000' alt. Been in R/C for 39 years and have never wieghed a model airplane so don't know the AUW. It flies scale-like and response is in how you set it up (control throws, CG, etc.). I really don't know anything about electric, but I wish you the best of luck with your conversion. Harry

RE: I need some help! 1/4 scale cub
Hi Bigdan, I live in Colorado and we fly at 5900 ft. alt. My 1/4 scale cub has an OS .90 FSR in it and I have over 350 flights on it. This is way to much power even at this altitude. I agree a gasser would be more economical but I fly mine with a 14 oz. fuel tank and at 1/4 throttle it will fly easily 40 minutes. Harry
