RE: I need a genius for my Taylorcraft 450
I have one of the Tcraft with a Dualsky 3530CA-12 and a Dualsky 25amp ESC and turning a 11x7 APC e prop ( talk to Doug @ HiFlight). It flies really docile if you want but definitely has plenty of power if you want to throw the TCraft around I have also been looking at the HK site and think the TG 3530 or possibly a 3536 outrunner might fit.

RE: GMS engines
I have seen a few of the .47 and also .76 with the carb pinch bolt oriented incorrectly. Make sure that the pinch bolt is drawing the carb cylinder down into the engine body. You may have to reverse the pinch bolt so it draws the carb down when you tighten the pinch bolt nut.

RE: What Truturn Prop Adapter for SPE 26cc??
finally got a chance to look up the spinner & adapter kit spinner was TT-3002-B-WL this was a lightened backplate properly drilled for a BCMA SPE26 also an adapter kit TT-0816-A (8 mil prop bolt) Hope you find this useful Note I had them transact it through Great Hobbies (Edmonton store) but I had initial conversation direct with Tru-Turn and specs confirmed with Adam from BCMA engines. Hopefully Tru-turn still has these specs on file. Additional Note SPE -26 could have 2 different prop bolt options 8mm prop bolt or 10mm prop bolt?

RE: Towing a trailer with a Dodge Caravan
I've had two Caravan's first 2000 Grand Caravan - w/ 3.8 NOTE it had the upgraded suspension and tranny cooler -> just no hitch from factory towed a 12 foot hardtop camping trailer no problems through western Canada mountains. 2'nd is 2003 Grand with same 3.8 - has heavy duty transmission and tranny cooler but no quite as heavy suspension - did a test tow on a 17-19 foot hardside trailer - did pull it but boy did it need trailer anti sway bars Make sure to have at least the tranny cooler and preferably the heavy trans.

RE: Kadet Senior with OS 70 Surpass - Prop Clearance?
I trained on one of these with an OS .91 FX with a 13 x 6 tri-blade, Boy does it ever fly nice - so nice in fact I bought two of these ARFs and am setting up with the same OS .91 FX and the other with a GMS .76 but converting both to tail-dragger. I found TNT Landing Gear has a great aluminum gear Part # LG4-156 ( little taller gear) => lots of clearance I intend on turning a 14 x 5 or maybe even a 15x5 or 6 prop Bruce Tharpe has a great tailwheel kit used for his Flying King that appears to really work great on the Kadet Senior. I know SIG refers to this plane as a .40 -.46 but the bigger motor is the way to go.
