RE: Anyone race a Jato 3.3?
I'm sure you can race it. You just need to drop a smaller engine in it because the stock one is just a tad too much. I guess if you dial it right it could race. All you will probably need is 2.2 rims, a smaller engine like a .12, maybe get the suspension a little better. Don't see why not you couldn't race it.

RE: XXX-NT or GT2 What is the best truck
Any truck can race, it's all about how you use it. It really comes down to what you like out of the 2, the set up, the easy access to certain parts, the feel of it driving, etc... Also, if you don't heavily rely on the internet to get parts, which of the 2 trucks does your lhs stock the most? Both are racing trucks, both have a strong background with their companies. We can't tell you which one is better because first off, 90% of the people on here and other online forums are bias and stick to their company no matter what. And second, Both trucks are usually the top 2 winning trucks in stadium trucks. So whatever you choose, hope you have fun![8D]

The RC10GT's best brake system I have ever used is the Crescenzi GT Brake System. Best one money can buy and virtually fail proof.

RE: darnnit, keeps eating up spur gears!!!!
Yea that spur gear was either put on way too loose, or the mesh was off. The Robinson Racing Steel Spur gear should be a good thing to have, I have a rc10gt Transmission fully loaded with those gears and never had a problem.

It doesnt seem like it though. any thoughts. [/quote] Not to burst your bubble, the stock rustler isn't really known for its hold up strength/durability in this hobby, just its speed.

RE: Post pics of your Stadium Truck Carry bag/ Storage box..
Why need a fancy carrying bag? Just get some small plastic boxes and put them in a back pack. Carry the truck buy the bumper and you're good to go. Also backpacks with a cup holder on the side make good places for your fuel bottle. [&:]

I've put T-maxx clutch nuts, shoes, springs, flywheel, bearings and i think even the clutch bell on my rc10gt before. You just need to cut the clutch shoes a bit and they work fine.

RE: Which truck is for me?
I'd go with the rustler if I were you. Just for the fact some of the parts are interchangeable with the electric version which you already have(Last time I looked at least). That, and go with whatever your hobby shop stocks the most of. Sucks having fun and then all of a sudden break a part and wait a week for it to come in the mail.[:-]
