RE: MVVS 40cc oil
Hi, today in Romania the weather was good,20 degrees. In these conditions I and my friend Jimmy managed to running in my MVVS40 CC. We made this operation like in the manual. After 20 minutes I obtained 7200 rpm with a propeller Graupner G Sonic 20x10. During the running in I opened ''high'' with 1/2 spin. I used muffler 3271. After this period all the starts were at first or second spin of the propeller. The gas I used was OMW 95 Octane and the oil was Mobile 1 2T Racing full synthetic. For a start,I think it was a good result. MVVS are the best, they produce excellent engines. Finally thanks for your help Mr. Pe Reivers. Best regards, Mugurel

Hello Mr. Pe Reivers, In the end though I found Mobil1 Racing. The problem is that it has another design, different color (red) and another smell. I put a picture. The rest is the same that is JASO / FC. You know this new package? It is the same oil? Thanks for your help. Best regards, Mugurel

MVVS 40cc oil
Hi Mr. Pe Reivers Because the Mobile 1 2T Racing isn't being produced anymore, can I use Motul 800 without any problems? Is it of any importance if I Motul 800 RR or OR? Which do you recommend? These types of oil are easy to be found in my town. In Romania I can find Putoline oil but I have to order it and wait a couple of days. I've seen about all you can see on this forum about Motul 800, I need a last confirmation, because the engine is new and does not want to lose my warranty for it. Thanks. Regards, Mugurel

RE: BH MODELS (CAP 232-80)
Hi James, Thanks so much for your help. I saw the device but I do not have something, I do the template of plywood and mounted the engine in various locations will match up. Because the engine is hard you had trouble center, had to put some weight in the tail?To Rx power you used something like PowerBox or servo directly mounted receiver. What hinges did you use, the original flexible? On your engine, you tried setting a little more rich? The engine is new? If not, we saw that a certain number of hours the engines 4stroke be corrected in the valve seats with pasta sander. It could be this one case. You can try using a system that Yamada engines with engine pressure through a nozzle directly into the fuel tank and a one-way valve pump without Perry. Good luck, Mugurel

RE: BH MODELS (CAP 232-80)
Hi James, I bought one a few days. I have to put an engine of 45cc Chainsaw. I have two questions. How did the engine located? Mouting templates for OS MAX are right axle with 11mm (0.4 inches). You mounted the engine to fit in the cowl or used for mounting the axis for OS MAX. You have reinforced the wall of fire, it seems a bit fragile? What weight is your engine? Mine are completely 1865g (4.11 lbs). Thanks for your help. Best regards, Mugurel Jimmy and Mugurel

And tempted me because they are cheap. Very interesting conversion, I do hope I get a big engine 50-60cc 4 stroke. Good luck! Mugurel

RE: 45cc chainsaw China
Hi, I finally managed to make me a muffler, light and compact, 100g- 0,22lbs, so the final weight of the engine is 1800g- 3,97lbs. I play the muffler is made from air filter housing from an old Mazda 626. Volume is nearly 2 times the capacity of cylindrical engine so it is OK. May need to adjust screws, bushings to do the 2 screws to mount the muffler. Also need to make an intermediate piece between the muffler and engine. Best regards, Mugurel

RE: 45cc chainsaw China
Hello, I found a new Chainsaw of the same model of 45cc converted. Everything was just on the outside, the same labels, the carburetor, close the cylinder, piston differ in shape. Surprise is 50cc engine. 45 bore and stroke 31. Put some pictures of the engine block. I got the engine without plastic carcasses. And I have to work again![:@] Best regards Mugurel

RE: 45cc chainsaw China
Hi, To the label was written only Husqvarna, nothing else.To the chain was not written Husqvarna. Cylinder is the same as in ZG45 and those of almost all RC 45cc engines manufactured in China, Bore = 43mm, Stroke = 31mm (same ZG45),has 2 rings on the piston. At Chainsaw crankcase body made with a bath oil for chain. These parts were cut. At Husqvarna is not so. The engine is separated from the rest being fixed with four screws. The engine is almost identical FTL45 from Hobbycity Best regards Mugurel
