RE: Help drilling hinge point holes?
Here is what I use as a guide for drilling the surfaces for Robart hinge point. Use a sharp drill turning backward or a piece of brass tubing to drill the holes so as not to tear the hole.

RE: Super Tigre 90
I have a New ST 90 that I just started for the first time today. I think all ST 90 are ringed. I have all of the documentation would you like a copy? If so email me your address and I will mail the docs to you. These are really good engines. Mine is one of the Chinese version. I am going to put it on a Stinger 60. It should really go. leebelew@wt.net Lee

RE: How to taper the threaded end of a screw to make it easier to start.
DBCherry Dennis, for what ever reason when I taper the screws this way it leaves the threads nice and clean. Sometimes I will set down and taper a whole assortment of screws at one time. All have clean threads. Lee

RE: Best Work Bench Top
A friend of mine is getting ready to convert one bay of his garage + 3' into a shop. For the work benches I was given by my daughter's work two 4' X 10' X 2" solid doors. One side of the doors are white and the writeable material that is used on white boards for classrooms. They are really pretty and heavy and flat. Lee

RE: soldering threaded steel clevis
You will need to use an acid flux first to etch the surfaces and then they will solder. Clean the surfaces thoroughly when finished to eliminate corrosion. I bought this from Walmart about 10 yrs ago. They don't carry it any more. Don't know where to buy it. Lee

RE: Super tigre 60 not performing!!!!
Jeff You friend needs to have someone familiar with the insides of a ST 60 disassemble the engine and do a complete inspection it. I don't think it is a case of improper seal, due to a lack of break-in time, as portrayed by Lee. (I'm not sure why DarZeelon) made this statement because.... The previous owner had given up on the engine. Good flying Lee
