RE: Old people and Trends???
The easiest solution is not to care what other people are doing and worry about improving your self the best way you feel is right.

I just put the camera on hi-speed and shoot. I'd rather spend my time behind the camera taking pictures than behind the computer "fixing" them.

As long as the EPA doesn't change the laws to make it impossible to pass the emissions testing you shouldn't have any problems at all. We won't see the replacement of gasoline powered cars with electric powered cars in our lifetime. There has been cars running on propane for 25+ years now.

I found the bearings on ebay (good thing I didn't order them from Tower)... Search: "6 x 11 x 4mm Metal Shielded Bearing" in order to get the $1.00 a piece ones vs. $10 a piece skateboard ones.

RE: THE LOUNGE 2
ORIGINAL: Eman77 Memory is one of those things that, when it was more expensive, I was careful not to waste $$ on it of the PC didn't need it. More memory doesn't really make normal PC use any faster if you're not limited there - it's that when you hit your physical memory limit, performance goes down the crapper, so you really need to prepare for that. Plus, hardcore gamers will want a lot I'm sure, so gaming performance isn't memory limited. Of course, you can monitor all that and log it for analysis if you really want to. (I have....yes, I'm a geek). But...nowadays it's so cheap (for the non-bleeding edge stuff), that it's worth spending a few extra bucks to give yourself that buffer room for the future. :) I've done that with my recent PC build. [8D]
When I built my last computer, I put 2gb of memory in there - that was unheard of when people were barely breaking 512mb. My Dell is able to handle 128gb (16 X 8GB) but that is a little out of my reach budget wise [sm=greedy.gif]
