@dragonii, I've noticed you have same size wheel/tires all around. I tried this but up front the wheel rub against the knuckle.( I think that's what's call) I have a tornado s30. Also it's look like the knuckle set up on your "hybrid" is differ from that of a S30. Question is did you have to modified the anything to make the wheel fit up front? I have the same wheel and tire like your.( from hobbypartz) any one with info, please chime in.

Thank Dragonii, I decided on the avalanche. Do you know if Redcat sell it as a kit? I have 2 Redcat product already and had to replaced servos on both car. Just wondering if they sell their cars without servos, tx/rx? That would be even more affordable. It seem like we all had to upgrade the servos anyway. Nothing wrong with the tx/rx but I just don't need or use it.

You can't go wrong with the gt3b. I got 2 weeks ago and it's awesome, very easy to use and set up. Get it quick while it in stock. I had to wait 2 months for mine.

Really? All I did was fill out the warranty form on the Redcat website, no question ask and they send me a new one.

I'm still running stock/replacement Redcat servos so I can't recommend any but there are ton on that website. The one with the metal gear should work great. While your there look at there wheel and tire. Dirt cheap!

Thank you much for your great info. I saw what you did to your avalanche. I think your the guy I contact about the auto- zone air filter via email. I'm leaning toward the avalanche because I already have a truggy and a buggy.( EQ 3.5, tornado s30) I don't think I can go wrong with either one. Just want something different from what I have now.

Monsoon or avalanche??
I need something durable. I'll spend 90% of the time bashing in grass and driving on the street. I'll probably do some small jump off of cardboard ramp. I know they have the same motor but which one is faster? Which is more durable? Thank

what's percent nitro are you using? I'm using 30% and i'm only doing 35mph. Were you running it on the lean side? I'm running stock except for the steel spur.

i have a EQ 3.5. i bashed the heck out of it. it's pretty durable but everytime i jump off the ramp, the servo saver break! ( even on perfect landing jump) this is the only thing that break. so i quit jumping but today temptation got the best of me. guess what? now i'm on my 4th servo saver. i also have a tornado s30, forget about jump this thing. i did one time and broke a dogbone.( first and last time ). but i like jumping off ramp. so what's the best redcat's model for jumping?? thank
