RE: Header Drop on 50cc Yak ?? PROP ??
Rick, You will need a 25mm drop double bend flex header. As for the prop sizes, I would start with a 24x8, that should do very well for break in. Mark

RE: Ball links on 50CC
David, We place the ball links on the bottom of the servo arm to keep it straight at full deflection. This transfers the most torque to the surface when it is needed most. Using a 1 1/4" arm should keep the ball link from hitting the case. Mark

RE: 50cc ARF's Misaligned Horizontal Tail Tube Joiners:
Are the stabs and wing aligned with each other? Just because the tubes are slightly off it does not mean that the wing and stab are misaligned. I would have your friend install the wings and stabs and measure from the trailing edge of the wing to the leading edge of the stab. Also, to be perfectly honest, an 1/8" of misalignment between the wing and stab (not the tubes) really will not make a difference in the way the airplane fly's. Just my .02 cents though MD

RE: engine vibration
ORIGINAL: cbron yea recently put a zoar 20-6 on it and it balanced perfect.
How is it running at idle? A rich low end can cause the motor to vibrate more. Balancing the spinner and the hub of the prop will also help. Mark
