i say it wont fit, as i have had the hawk sport and a agusta 109a boy for it. i sold my sport for hawk pro and what a difference in fit:) try looking for a hawk pro. way better fit. or just buy the lower frame like suggested.

update on the build. as it sits all parts have come in and it fits like a glove. only problem i am having now is what to uyse as a mount to mount the mechanics into the fuse.?

well, my hawk pro made it home safe and sound. now onto the build so far i have installed my engine. working on elecs, had to order parts for it, so i have to wait on those to show up. 2-3 weeks.... ouchy. anyways i am shocked , the hawk pro is all aluminum and skinnier then the sport version. also about 1 1/2 inches shorter for main body. maybe exagerating a bit but looks that way. lol i will finish the elecs tonight. then onto dry fitting the pro into the fuselage to see what i may need to build if anything.. will post pics soon. keep an eye on the thread

update on the build. i have sold my hawk sport, i bought the hawk pro. as for the fit. well i am hopin it goes smoother this time round. will post more when i get the hawk pro home.

i have the manual. doesnt do any justice. i really need people to post as i have now got the main body for it. so far in order to do scale retracts like Emiles, i had to remove the tank where it was in the back and move it to the front . i have to also make a new mounting plate to mount the mechanics . need anyone that has their hawk sports in one of these bodies to speak up soon. thanks all.

well here sit still waiting on my project to arrive. seems like i may be getting some of it today or tommorow.(maybe) lol. anyways i am goin to be goin scale on this beast. i have resold my walkera 60 b so now i only have the hawk sport. anyways i was goin to wait to post pics of my scale build ,to tell yas what i am doin. but i am way to excited to hold it in any longer. i am finally getting my agusta 109a fuselage for it.. next i shall post pics when both peices arrive. as for now its time to get the mechanics ready to be installed. cheers and happy flyin to all you winter flyers.:) safe and happy holidays to all:)

well its been awhile since i posted in here about the Dauntless. as you all are aware that i sold mine some time ago. Rich your Dauntless is turning out awesome. keep up the good work on her and she shall treat you right:) its a shame i had to get rid of mine. was looking forward to getting her on the water .however funds were tight and had to sell off alot of boats. i'll be keeping an eye on this thread. take care

tried it with the g10 gyro but like you mentioned it didnt work proper. i even tried to set it up and no go. so tonight after posting the question i decided to put my gy401 in . will try to try it tommorow after work ....
