Kid around here was pulling a late shift at mcdonalds, Drank 8 red bulls and stopped his heart. They got his heart back beating though. So just be careful you dont drink too many - i have one and i have heart pelpatations (sp?) .

Take a piece of sand paper and run it up and down on the one way bearing, it will make little grooves and helps it grab a bit better. Little picture to show u which way to sand ^^[:D] its worked for me
