RE: Big Mistake
Just to let you know about this Animus 18sc TBJ is correct with the LOSI and and it is exclusive for Hobbytown USA. As of earlier this week they told me(Frederick MD location)all parts are kept in stock ! I thought that was pretty cool. However I forgot to ask pricing on replacement parts .

RE: Big Mistake
Chuchsolo69 I agree 1000% with robwiljas,sloppyg,DaveG55 and Foxy.It is ALL on you. They are your property and you need to show and lead the path as to how you want your stuff to be treated.I do what you were doing quite a bit with my nephews ranging age 6 to 18.As you did explain how you wanted this to work and they did not listen STOP! Rexplain and teach and show them how you ddo not approve. If the problem continues as yours did again STOP IT ALL! Pack it up giving exactly why fun time is over before too much damage occurs.Myself have done this where we played with about 7 kids for 5 minutes for lack of listening.I explained to each one what they did wrong and why I did not approve. That is your responsability as an adult .some situations work out great as in my case,we always have fun now and I get appologized to if something happens.Others well if they don't get it they just don't.Let those go.Do'nt we want to bring people into the hobby? Oh sure blame them they don't care. It's not theirs.Leave me stuff alone and now go away.PLEASE! Grow up,act like an adult and teach them.Think about you may be the first to them to do so. With that a bid youy ado and you got what you deserved. On a side note I do agree there plenty of jerks out there that don't care and have that whatever attitude, but look for the ones that don't know anybetter or want to do the right thing and take a step forward.

RE: any of you ever get surgery?
It has to do with how you look at it or deal with the pain. For example smash your hand under a cars transmission from a foot high.Me I just bitch and shake it off and keep working. My mind set is I am here and I and not stopping for this.Other times yah you just got to let it be known your hurt!Pinch a child while there not looking and they just turn to look at you.Pinch them and let them see you they instantly will cry.It was not amatter of it it actually hurt just they know it is supposed too.Just some examples.

RE: makes me angry again!!!!
Your right it is tough.Tommorow is his 18th birthday and I hope the things I've tought him along with other friends and family will keep him on the straight and narrow. His mother is much like your father from what I have read in this and other threads. She just doesn't get it and sees herself in a different light.Just bide your time because you will have your day soon enough.

So electronics are supposed to last forever!? Ask him if he has ever replaced a TV,washer, dryer, dishwasher, heat pump, phone or even a light. If those ELECTRONICS never broke life would be a lot easier.I am really sorry to hear your situation. You remind me of my nephew.

RE: Cops Don't Like Rustlers...
You want to see overestimating? Here is a real situation from my past.To make it short,a nice summer day on a low traffic street some teens running their rc.A car came down the street and they let it pass. They thought it would be funny to try and catch up to the car.Along comes murphy's law,the car locks at wot and runs right into the underside a said car.Meanwhile a couple of houses up a family that had seven kids were outside. One of the girls loses a ball into the street and is running after it.Sure there was plenty of time for the car to stop ,BUT he was looking behind him trying to figure out what hit his car.Thankfully for a neighbor hollering he did miss the girl. This is why I don't do it.People need to run with commonsense just for this reason.YOU may have control but YOU can not control glitches, interference and who knows what else.
