RS4 3 .12r ss starter box
Ok so I got an RS4 3 off ebay and I am currently drifting it, with the auction I got a .12r ss motor that has never been started and doesnt use a pull start. Do I need to get a starter box? or is there an EZ start type of thing that will work? I didnt buy this motor and know nothing about it so I dont know if anyone else does. Also if someone does know about it, do you know if it has more power than the stock .15fe motor? The only reason I am wondering is becasue the old one is a .15 and the new is a .12. Thanks for any help!

Trouble with PVC tires
So I am new to drifting and have an HPI Nirto RS4 3 with PVC Tires. If I give the car any considerable throttle it jus spins in circles, I cant drive in a straight line and steer in any direction without it spinning out. Any ideas of what is wrong? I know its going to be touchy but this isnt drivable. Thanks for the help.

HPI Rs4 3
Hey guys I just bought an HPI RS4 3 and am wanting to get into drifting. Does anyone personally have experience with this car, and nitro drifting. Ive been looking around and I see alot of people do electric drifting. How does tuning differ from regular bashing? I know it needs to get more air to the engine but besides that should the LSN or HSN be any different, less or more lean? New to drifting and want to learn everything I can and anything you guys could say will help alot. I am doing research on the subject also. Thank you!

RE: Official XTM Monster MT Thread
So i was driving my MMT today all of a sudden it just died so I tried restarting figuring it was just because I havent had it running in a month or so and when I pulled the pull start all for wheels spin. I took it inside and tried finding out what the problem is and i think its the clutch area or maybe the housing? I took the screw out of the clutch housing to take it off and it wont budge, so im pretty sure it has something to do with that but has anyone ever had a problem like this? And do you know of a solution? Thanks, Jason

Nitro goes bad?
Hey guys Im new to the site and relatively new into the hobby. I was at my LHS today purchasing an upgraded motor for my Xtm St and the topic of nitro came up and he was telling me that nitro is only good for a couple of months. Is this true? I know it does go bad but is it that soon? i havent yet had a gallon last that long but that still seems very short. Sry if this is a noob question but never really thought about it before lol. Thanks

RE: Official XTM Monster MT Thread
Hi Im new to this site, I have my MMt and I love it but am having a problem shifting into 2nd. Ive put 5 tanks thru it and still nothing, I was hoping it was a break in issue or something but no chance of that. It revs all the way up in first but never seems to shift into 2nd. Any ideas? Bad tune, bad part? Any hop up that would help? thanks for the help!
