RE: Where is Flite metal?
ORIGINAL: FliteMetal Jared, I have not heard anything from you to know you don't have what you ordered. In years past there would occassionally be an alloy availability issue from time to time. We have never ever missed shipment to a customer. In every case, when someone asks we do our best to reply in a timely fashion. International shipments are apparently enduring greater inspection than they have for some time. I have not seen an issue with any Pacific Rim shipments, seems to be more in a region from Bulgaria to Italy and on to Turkey. There was a differential between order mailing and your CC billing addresses...look to receive at 81 Amyes address. Ed
How can i order this product? Can you tell me your site?

RE: Scale boats
I don't know why but i think it's very complicated to build a boat!Εspecially the front part of the ship.I don't know from where to begin. I'm flying mostly jet models.

RE: Micro Falcon 25 Up graded to P20-SX
ORIGINAL: drdoom Yeppers That is all true. I may have mine a Bit nose heavy. It is a great model for the p-20. I like to be able to see the turbine. I noticed that it looked like yours slowed down a bit slower on landing than I thought mine did. I also tilted the turbine down about 2 deg. of down. to kinda keep the hot exhaust further from the stab.
Yes, mine is a bit nose heavy.I gave 3 deg. downtrust on the turbine. Also i covered the stab with a aluminum tape so i don't worried about the hot exhaust anymore!

FUTABA 12Z IDLE UP SET UP !!??
Hi guys, i recently bought one Trex 450 fbl with a copterX unit on it. The ESC is a Align 35A. It's my first time with an electric heli. All my others helis are glow. I cannot understand how to set up the Tx for idle up!!In normal mode the heli flies great but when i turn to idle up the heli lost rpm's and behaved like a hold mode. I changed everything was possible ,and i mean the throttle and pitch curves.Nothing happens. The heli flies only in normal mode. What i must do,or what am i doing wrong in the set up? In a few words i don't have throttle on idle up. Does anybody knows how to set up this tx? Thanks in advance for any replies.....

KINGTECH K80F 'GLOW BAD..'
Hi guys, i have a Kingtech k80F kerostart and today when i landed my plane and when i tried to start up again for the second flight i had a message on GSU says.. 'GLOW BAD' and the turbine doesn't start up. The turbine is brand new with 20 minutes of run time.. Does anybody knows what this means? I hope that is not what i'm afraid of...malfunction on the kero plug?!! Thank in advance for any replies guys...

RE: Kingtech K80 F Start Up.
I tested the battery by putting her in a glow plane with 6 standard servos on it and gave me 11 flights! I was checking her, between the flights and after these 11 flights has 73% power left on the battery!! It was not the battery!! it was brand new as i said before! Maybe every Kingtech has his own whims!![:D] What can i say?

RE: Kingtech K80 F Start Up.
Yes i did measure the voltage and i saw something incredible!![X(] From a full charge ,brand new Flightpower battery 2s 5000mAh the voltage ,when the turbine start to spinning, had a voltage drop down to 7.9V!!![:o] That means from 8.4v full charge to 7.9v with the first spin of the turbine!!! Why this don't happens to my P120SX? Maybe the Kingtech needs more volts for kero versions.

RE: Kingtech K80 F Start Up.
Yes Carlos, that's exactly the same procedure like yours...but with Life batteries and about a minute for start up!! I changed after the success start up to 2cell LIpo 5000 and nothing happens for one more time!!! I don't understand why needs Life for start up and my Jetcat P120 SX doesn't ?I run my P120 with a 2 cell 2500mAh!!

RE: Kingtech K80 F Start Up.
Yes i've done the throttle stick calibration. For one moment thought that maybe was the battery type and change the battery to 3cell LiFe. But no luck! My radio is JR so as i know i don't have to reverse the throttle, only in Futaba i must do servo reverse. So the throtlle movement is ok. I'll try again this afternoon to learn the ECU my radio.

Kingtech K80 F Start Up.
Hi guys, i tried yesterday to start up my brand new Kingtech K80F on a bench. I'm using a 2cellLipo 5000mAh battery. The starter motor , spinning the turbine about 4500rpm and nothing more and has a 18 degrees celsious. The pump start point is Auto+2. My Jetcat P120SX has a different way for startup. The keroplug worming up the combustion chamber and when reaches the right temp then we have ignition and etc. This one start spinning the turbine from the start.... So what do you think you experts is the problem? Thanks in advance for any replies...

RE: Airliners Plans..Where to find...?
ORIGINAL: Props4ever
ORIGINAL: DocYates The best selection of short kits is available from Norbert Racuh out of Germany. All of his models are 1/16 scale. Do a search for Rauch airliners and you will find it. They are not a beginner's kit however and require some experience or ability to probelm solve. Good luck. Tommy
Agreed with Tommy and may i add, Norbert does not make B747's short kits!. So far i have no idea if anyone does plans or short kits for B747s, ones that are done, all are build from guy's own plans and there techniques...
That's what i'm talking about!! Where he get the plans to build the planes? Is there any site that you can download them or there is a site who selling plans?

Airliners Plans..Where to find...?
Hi guys, i was wondering.....all these companies,SM ,FEJ ,Feibao and many more, where they get the plans for building the planes they build? Even the airliners planes? Who's giving to them the plans? Especially the Αirliners who is my favorites plane series. So If I have the passion and the hands to build such a plane why should i must pay some thousand dollars to buy it? Where did they get them? My point is that i want to build a Boeing 747-400,does anybody can help me find the plans to build it? Thank's in advance for any replies....

RE: 1/5.5 Scale SU-34
ORIGINAL: socshooter Ok, here we we go. I have been working on this project for almost 2 years. First getting the SU-34 CAD drawings and Landing gear to exact scale. I'm currently searching for someone that can build the large 17 inch struts for the LG and 7.2 inch wheels.( talking to John at Matrix MTMC to see if he will tackle the project). Scratch building is a pain but worth it just to see this baby fly. I wasn't going to post a thread until the model was ready for flight but I'm in need of assistance and guidance. I'm attaching pics from the beginning to date of my progress. Any constructive critisism is always welcomed. Model: Sukhoi-34 Scale: 1/5.5 Lenght:13.92' feet Wing Span:8.38' feet.
Very nice.Could you please tell me where did you get the CAD plans? The site you get the CAD files has many CAD files jets?Cause i also want to build not only the SU but the F16,F14 f15 and many others. Thank you.
