RE: Horizon Hobby could not help me with Saito trouble, what do I do?
The diaphragm kit for this should be readily available from a local small engine repair parts shop. We (Horizon) will be stocking these soon but currently we do not have these available. D20-WYJ Gasket/Diaphragm Kit I hope this helps. Pete

RE: Saito FG-20
It is not a glow carb but a specifically designed gas carb with pump and regulator in a glow sized carb body. The engines are too small to readily accept a Walbro style and this necessitated the new carb design.

RE: When do you use a retract servo?
"Retract" servos are designed for mechanical retracts, have 180 degrees of throw, and actually shut themselves off at either end of the servo movement so there is not a constant drain on the battery. If you are using a pneumatic retract system most all mini servos will provide the torque needed to operate the valve. Pete

RE: Zenoah GT-80 Exhaust /RPM
How much time do you have on the engine? Which prop are you running? If you are trying to use the stock mufflers a common fix for that is to drill up through the exhaust outlets completely through the baffling inside. This always resulted in 4-500 rpm increase. Pete

RE: New ZP Engines from Horizon
No - It is an entirely different ignition system We are working with RCExl for these ignitions and the amp draw for the singles is 450mah. And it runs on anything between a 4-6 cell nimh to a 2S LiPo pack. Pete BTW - Thanks for the catch on the hp ratings. I have updated these ratings and it will show up as soon as our web team can get the work done. Pete

RE: UMS Evolution Radial Care and Operation
When they run these at the factory the first time a lot of things seat better than when they are first assembled. Your compression will improve after running some. I wouldn't worry about it. The rings haven't even begun to seat themselves. Pete
