RE: Help! - GS Racing Storm RTR Plus needle settings
If you are running a B01, B02 or B03 engine the carb settings are: LSN - 3.5 turns out HSN - half turn from flush with brass tube Idle - 0.7-1.0 mm opening Sometimes if you have it too rich the engine needs to warm up before you take off the glow igniter try letting the car idle with the glow starter on for a little bit before you give it throttle try [link]http://www.gsracing.com/web/page.asp?pgs=faq[/link] and yes they do have the carb settings on the website

RE: GS Storm
the rear brace is totally different. there is not a front brace, at least that I know of. the front chassis brace attaches to the front support and the rear chassis brace attaches to the bulkead brace. fioroni makes a brace that wraps all around the rear bulkhead and is about the same price as the gs one is. check out [link]http://gsracing.com[/link]. or even [link]http://rc-nation.com[/link] has great storm upgrades.

RE: GS STORM PLUS???
I have the gs storm plus with B03 engine. I really do not know the difference but the B03 offers great power and accelerates. All the engine parts are on www.gsracing.com and they all seem to be interchangable between the B series engines.

RE: OFFICIAL Redcat Racing TRUCK thread
hey crazy DO NOT turn the truck "off". This gives you no control over your rc. You need to make sure the carb is not opened to much or it will rev high on you and if that does not work try changing the idle screw. The next time you want to turn your engine off I recommend pinching the fuel line(right before it gets to the carb) or plugging the exhaust with your finger(be careful when you have run it a while though). The pull cord is probably stuck because the engine is flooded. Take the glow plug out and turn the vehicle over and pull the cord a few times. Replace the glow plug and make sure your glow igniter is fully charged and try to start it. If that does not work I am out of ideas for now. Does anyone have any ideas on a aftermarket tuned pipe for the .18 engine and is there any replacement aftermarket engines that will fit where the existing one is???? Just got me a JR XS3 radio and 2 brand new digital Hitec servos time for some hardcore bashing.

does anyone know the original tuning of the volcano STX .18 engine. It started for me the first two times then after that nothing works. The fuel comes out of the exhaust pipe. Which of the screws control what??? the manual for this truck sucks and doesn't show anything. I am so lost I am ready to throw it away and buy a Ofna LX ultra comp. Can I get some help please!!!!

RE: OFFICIAL Redcat Racing TRUCK thread
What is a good replacement exhaust pipe, because I was noticing that the pipe included with the Volcano STX is plastic and I would prefer to have a polished one installed.
