RE: Minor Tiger Mod and Tank Commander
Your Tank looks great. Nice job. Once you weather the tank you will never notice the difference in paint. When I had HL I had the same thing with the metal sprockets and tracks. Weather it up and your off to the races. Nice paint job on the commander.

RE: first rc
Hello gould965, I would listen to these fellow tankers. I too have been a military model builder on and off for a good 38yrs. I asked these tankers which would be a better first Tamiya RC tank the King Tiger or the M26Pershing and they told me the M26. Well I purchased the M26 from a local hobby shop at a good price. The lower hull is all done and it moves! I started work on the upper hull just last night. This kit is going together like a hot knife thru butter. I did purchase to upgrade parts from ETO ARMOR. The track tensioner upgrade went on smooth no hassles. The other upgrade is for the gun. I havent got that far yet. Quick wrap up these tankers know there stuff. They help me make the right choice for my first Tamiya RC kit. Thank You Guys. My next Tamiya RC tank wil be the Panzer IV.

Need Help with radio hookup to Tamiya M26
Hello Tankers, I am building a Tamiya M26. I have reached the step 25. Hooking up the reciever and dmd. The Tamiya instrctions says RUDD-CH1. THROT.-CH2. M.GUN-CH3. TURR.-CH4. These wireplugs are marked from the factory. The Futaba Manual says Aileron-CH1. Elevator-CH2 Throttle-CH3 Rudder-CH4 The raido gear is from the aaftankmusem Futaba 4YF-2.4GHz. The reciever is the R2004GF. I put Tamiya CH1 to reciever CH4. It seems to work Left stick forward and reverse. Right stick would be turning tank but does not turn. I only have the bottom hull built. So I can not check the Turrent rotation or Gun elevation. Please help!

I finally got a Tamiya tank. I wanted the Panzer IV but the price was to good to pass up. I am sitting here reading over the directions and I came to step 35 and the instructions say Do Not Attach Side Skirts when running the model. Whats up with that? Can someone who has a M26 please explain?

RE: Special offer for 2011 American Chicago Ihobby Expo
I Live in Chicago and I am thinking of going to the show. This is the last one in Chicago. Next year the show will be moved to Ohio. I have been to the show in the past. Mostly I remember model trains and RC cars, trucks, boats and planes. I do not recall any RC TANKS. Of course back then TAMIYA was the only RC tanks I remember. And expensive. It is really a shame that Tamiya wastes their time and enginering on 1/35th rc tanks. I read the post you fellow TANKERS write about what tanks you would like to see produce in 1/16th and it falls on deaf ears. The Same goes for VS Tank. My son and I have the 1/24 IR tanks. Fun to battle with right out of the box but why not take that package a notch higher and produce 1/16th scale tanks. VS Tank and Heng Long Airsoft watse of manufacturing. Why doesnt Heng Long include a sensor tower in all of there IR tanks? The Panther G is the only IR tank I have seen that comes with the tower.

RE: 1/15 Hummel build finished
Awesome tank! You did a great job. I want it. There is a hobby shop out by me and he has this kit sitting on a shelf for years. I have been kicking the purchase around in my head for about 1 year now. After seeing the master piece you have built I may finally purchase the kit. I like how you uesd HL parts. Nice job.
