RE: HPI Baja Flux
The second link I posted works. I was saying if you want one nows the time as I've reported Stormer to HPI. HPI contatcted me back thanking me for my vigilance in helping to maintain the M.A.P. and that they've contacted Stormer about fixing the price. Violations of map policy are serious matters in any area of business. I was also furious and wanted to make light of the matter. Some of you are confusing the 5SC flux @ $999 with the Baja 5B Flux that is supposed to have a MAP of $1379.

RE: HPI Baja Flux
Here's the new link http://www.stormerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/seekpart.pl?src=ns&pn=HPI107684 This is not a situation of big or small. Its a scenario where stormer is violating HPIs Minimum Advertised Price(MAP) policy. These policys are put in place by the companies to try to create fair and equitable market conditions for everyone.

HPI Baja Flux
I'd like to point everyone to a blatant M.A.P. violation by one of the biggest online retailers in the industry. Stormer Hobbies has the new HPI Baja5B flux for way below M.A.P. I've already reported this violation directly to HPI a few minutes ago as I just discovered it. This is whats wrong with owning a hobby shop. Actions like this by unscrupulous people. Here's the link if anyone wants to see for themselves. MAP is $1379 http://www.stormerhobbies.com/cgi-bi...s&pn=HPI107684

RE: Traxxas Funny car 1/8th scale
I'm a hobby shop owner. I set the lowest possible price on whatever I can without violating m.a.p. or losing money . The price I'll sell them for is the lowest possible price. Perhaps a used one will show up on EBay for $425.00

RE: Talk to me about the E-Revo
I've sold more replacement parts for traxxas than I have for the savage by a long shot, hence my.opinion. everyone's experiences will be different.I sell a whole lot of r/c product. If ppl come into rc and stay? That's a win.

RE: Talk to me about the E-Revo
Understandable. I don't hate traxxas. I've sold a bunch of xo1. I'm getting orders for that new funny car. I like the Max and revo. I just feel.that the savage is better. Every company has good and bad products.

I've still got a dealer account with Mrc. I had nothing but customer complaints. Lost money liquidating all my zd stuff a year back. Glad to see someone likes a zd product.

RE: Best Online Hobby Store?
Mine. I like my hobby shop. Add.com to my name. I don't have time to have a real good website created or well maintained.I stay busy giving low prices. If you own your own shop you really should think its the best.

RE: Noob 1/8 truggy hunting.(kyosho?)
I personally own a Caster F8T pro. I've replaced the body rims and tires. The rims/tires couldn't handle 6S. Otherwise its a really great deal. No worrying about upgrading to tougher parts. You build it up right and it will really last.
ORIGINAL: The Mad Modder
ORIGINAL: RRHobbyDepot I'm considering selling these at $455.00. Is this a good price? I'm a medical professional and I no longer need to make any profit at all from radio control. I just enjoy the hobby. Thanks!
Yes, that's a good price. Personally, though, if I wanted a funny car, I'd get an rj speed. RJ speed's cars
