Maybe He, (DPM) is focussing all of his attention on the 1/3 scale Supercub he was telling me about about a year ago. The one that wll be built in a different factory from where all of his delays are occurring. M a y b e ? ? ?

Well, it appears they have been closed "due to an illness". Their news page was updated on 11/17/2006. I am sure y'all will still have to wait...

I found some good windshield material for a 25 year old Balsa USA Cub directly from Balsa USA. I used the old windshield as a pattern and used small screws to attach the new one. It looks like new. Good Luck, Ray

RCR has the most honest reviews I have ever seen. I guess they buy all of their review items so they don't owe any favorable words where they really don't belong as opposed to the reviews the manufacturers department plugs into most other magazines. Ray

Dave, How long from the time you ordered your Cub did it take for you to get it in your hands? I have had a white un-clipped one on order for over a year now. Thanks, Ray

RE: Dave Patrick super cub
Even with all those things not currently being an issue, and placing my order through the local hobby shop last MARCH, and I still don't have mine. The time it is taking DPM to get these things built and shipped, frustrating as it is, I sure hope it is worth this long wait. I've got the OS FT160, the twin glow driver, the servos/radio, wheels, and a lot of other stuff, but not the airplane. You all have my envious compliments on how nice your models look. Some day, hoperfully in my own lifetime...

I too ordered, but through my local hobby shop, in mid to late March... After I posted my question, I went to the "horses mouth" and asked DPM directly via e-mail, and was told it will be "at a minimum" of another 5 weeks. June so far has been a long month, I want to get my hands my kit!!!

RE: Dave Patrick super cub
Bud, The interior kit was listed in the Toledo 2005 review in R/C Report (pg 70, June 05 issue) says it fits over the servo tray. It is available from Dynamic Balsa, and includes two seats, instrument panel, both side panels, the cargo shelf behind the rear seat, floor, sticks, and rudder pedals. Price listed says it is "about $100". Ray
