RE: Traxxas SUCKS
The people that think traxxas sucks, are the 14 yr old retarded children, that had there old man buy them an r/c car because they wouldnt stop nagging, then they broke it and the old man doesnt have the Doah to fix his kids car. so they pop on here and b!tch and whine. typical losers, if you cant put 2 and 2 together to fix your traxxas car this isnt the hobby for you, maybe you should read books.

RE: The Official Traxxas Slash short-course race truck
Im going to experiment with 3s in my slash today, its minus 10-12 degrees. on 4s the motor after a full run was getting over 100f. Thats bad news, so i droped it down to 3s and turned my mamba max settings up just slightly, lets see how this go's, 18/90 gearing shouldnt be a problems even in warm weather

Lipo balancing?
Hey everyone i have a question, i have 4-5 lipos laying around i keep them at 75% charge when im not using them, my 2 turnigy nano-tech 5000 45c's hold a consistant 3.83 across all cells and are never very far out of balance. but i have this one rhino 4s pack for my 2wd slash that reads 3.92 on the first two cells and 4.13 on the last 2 cells(while charging) But time and time again the last 2 cells peak at 4.21v's and the first 2 cells peak at 3.96-98, im wondering if this lipo is going to "kick the bucket" Or possibly give me problems with it in the future. or if anybody has had this problem

RE: on road vs. off road
On road is more durable, Body covering the wheels. tight compact parts dont flex or bend half as much, less weight so when it does hit something it has the tendency to just bounce off, (IMO)

RE: New hobbyking SC trucks
Who runs e-revos off 60amp esc's?, i find that extreamly hard to beleive considering ive seen 2 60amps not make it though 5000mah of 3s in a slash 2wd, and no its not geared 31/73 or 30/76 try 20/90, for the Sandbaggers out there that can do such a thing. more power to them, but for the people that actually bash and get it in, You'll need more then 60amps in almost any 1:10th scale off-road truck.
