You should get in touch with FEJ, I have a friend who sent his gear back as there is a new stronger version. However the upgrade was not free....

What size do you need, I have a large one , for 12.2cm inner pipe diam. you just pay shipping which is probably not more than a few euros

RE: Solenoid Valves
Hi I have a 170 which was supplied with two golden fuel valves, but it doesn't work well with gas . the pressure difference beetwen both sides of the valve is too high and locks up the the moving pin in the valve. However it works if you start the engine with the gas bottle closed but this is not really reliable. I have replaced mine.... Jettronics makes tiny gas valves or you could either not mount the valve in the aircraft . You can also start manualy without gas valve which is just as good! Florent

RE: K140 gas start
switch to 100% propane and, especially if it is cold outside, keep the bottle warm. if cold the pressure is too low. I had the same trouble with a K170. Florent

RE: F106 Delta Dart - By PN Designs
Hi Dick, Philip, I still have the Super Etendard plans, and a 90% built airframe if needed. But I'd say make us a large Mirage IV instead, it's a beautifull airplane with simple lines and simple gear, lots of room in the fuse, wide track, a perfect model subject. cheers Florent

RE: Jet Legend Mig 29 inflight breakup.
The easy cure would be to provide the tailblocks unglued and with a jig to properly and easilly glue the rods. You can go thru the whole aircraft but how can you check the quality of the wood and glue joint in this sealed area?

I'd get a Graupner MX20, that's the most complete radio in this price range and the Hott system seems to be very strong as well. Florent

Very impressive video, the exhaust cone seems to be pretty swift as seen on few launches (cross wind?) How does it transition to forward flight , the blast seems to be very offset at one point ?

RE: F-22 Ends production
The YF22 was really ugly, but the production F22 is not that bad, in fact I quite like it especially since I got my JL one. A very impressive airplane to watch. As for the kill ratio , it is comparable to most 5th generation fighters in close combat , but the Air force has not engaged them in bvr combat to preserve the secret (at red flag). So in real life it is likely a 100% kill ratio for te F22. Space shuttle, F22....what will be next?[:o]
