RE: F11 and Unknowns in D6
Arch, What I was thinking is make the unknown for my own contest since I wouldn't be flying in it myself. It would also be nice to have past Nats unknowns. How many maneuvers are usually in a unknown at the nats? Stephen

RE: F11 and Unknowns in D6
I think that it would be great to add unknowns to the local contest for FAI. I am planning on flying some FAI this season and it would be a good confidence builder for me. As far as the scoring goes I don't think that it would be that difficult to get it figured out if it had to be done. Rick and I were thinking of having a contest in the future and we both wanted to fly a unknown on Sunday for FAI. Just my .02 Stephen

RE: De-Ja-Vu
Hey Dick, I put the landing gear into the slot and from the top side drilled through the landing gear plate then into the landing gear. Then I put a blind nut into the bottom side of the landing gear. I then put that one screw in to hold the landing gear while I drilled the other holes. Then repeated on the other side. I know that sounds kinda of confusing but that how Todd explained it to me. I will see if I can get some pick up of mine. Stephen
