Unfortunitly Philadelphia indoor raceway has closed its doors. Try checking out RC TECH web site for tracks in your area.

RE: OFFICIAL RC18MT/B/T THREAD
Hey, Just purchased an 18R and seams like the servo saver is junk right out of the box. Does anyone know of an upgrade or fix for this problem ? A buddy of mine is having the same problem as well. We're ready to send these things back but don't want to if there is an easy fix. We bought extra batteries, bodies, and a lot of add ons. Disappointing to say the least !

RE: Jobs of RC people
I have one of the coolest jobs out there. I operate an R.O.V. (remotely operated vehicle) for an inspection firm on the East Coast. My job title is Underwater Robotics Tech. I get paid to play! I worked hard for the position and will do just about anything to keep my job, long hours, working sick, extended travel, hazardous conditions (water towers), etc. I've worked hard since age 16 and now at 47 it's paying off...... BIG TIME.....

RE: OFFICAL SC10 thread
Neil, You are correct, I have not had much luck with rebuilds on the stock AE shocks. Currently Im running vintage Losi on the rear and stock on the front. Racing season is fast approaching and I don't think the truck will perform well with the current suspension equipment.

Insurance coverage for r/c off road track ?
Is there any organizations out there with coverage for a property owner, like AMA, but for the car people ? I know ROAR covers sanctioned events and members. The deal is we can obtain ground from the county, but we need proof of insurance. The flying field up the road has no problem renewing their lease with the county they just keep up their AMA charter every year. Can someone shed some light upon us. Thanks

RE: Blitz, SC10, Slash, or Strike?
IMO The Blitz is a very smooth SC truck, excellent stock tires and good looking as well. The SC10 is also a smooth and quiet SC truck, but lacks in the traction department. The Slash is a noisy beast to say the least.

BRUSHLESS Break in ?
I recently upgraded my B400 motor, from 420 to 440. The run time is approximately 50% shorter and the motor is heating up. There is no binding or any other type of restriction. So my question would be is this normal for a new brushless motor ?

Nothing gone on this weekend 9/5/-9/6. We usually post here if something worth while is happening. Most of us are located at the south end of the turnpike. Mile Marker 0. Keep on checking the post.
