RE: Easy to drive truggy
I assumed some were easier to drive and were more forgiving then others. I would use it mostly for bashing but would love to take it to the track for fun.

OK School me on Lip technology. Generally speaking If I have a 7.2 1000mah 2 cell lipo vs. a 7.2V 1100mAh Ni-MH Battery? Do I get longer run times and/or a faster car on the stock frenzy motors? On a side note will one stock frenzy motor be enough to power the MINI LST2. I was thinking I could get more runtime with only one mortor.

RE: Mini LST
I have replaced the old battery connections with standard Dean Plugs, not the micro ones, and got the ESC to shut down. The ESC was a little warm to the touch but the Dean plugs were cold. Some have said the ESC will shut down when the batter is low. How low are we talking because when the battery ESC shuts down the batters have quite a bit of juice left in the battery? What is every one getting in regards to run time on the stock Losi Battery? Also is the ESC in the MLST 2 the same as the one in the MLST1?

RE: Mini LST
Any one have ESC issues the MINI LST2 or Mini Baja? I have a stock MLST2 and I do love this truck. My two poodles love it or hate it I can't tell but they chase and bark at the thing and now I get to chase them back! I don't think I am driving all that hard but if I go full power for too long it looks like the ESC shuts down and it will not move forward or backwards Is there some sort of ESC cut off? If so is there a way to turn it off. Or is this just how it is? It does not happen if I am in the house as I am not going full throttle. Have a happy new year all.

Mini LST ESC
I just got the red Mini LST2 and if I go half throat there is no light on the ESC, but when I go full throttle a red light goes on. If I try to do some rock crawling or if the battery is low the red light starts to blink and I the MLST2 will not move for about a minute. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

RE: Cen Matrix Tr Arena
Thanks for the info. My bearing reads Kaya or kayo 0608. No luck in finding that bearing. I think I may have figured out that the original engine is a Go tech 28 engine and good ole amainhobbies carries the bearing. Any Idea why CEN switch away for the Go tech to the SH engine. I have been happy with go tech so far but the engine does suck a lot of gas.

RE: CEN Racing Cares
I just saw this on neo buggy: http://www.neobuggy.net/modules/news/article.php?storyid=3042 Following team CEN USA's fantastic finishes at this year's worlds warmup held at the Farm 2, Carlotte USA, despite difficult conditions, Andy Smolnik and Gene Hickerson made the final with heavily modded CEN Matrixs (matrices?!) We caught up with CEN and we can exclusively reveal some details about the new CEN Re-Matrix due for Spring/Summer 2008 release in time for the Worlds in September. Some of the key new features include - - Lighter drivetrain - Material changes? (areas lightened and toughened) - One piece radio tray - Emphasis of easy of maintenance and working on the car - No E-clips! - New Lighteweight parts, including stiffeners - New body design Lots more stuff! I would sugest an upgrade kit for current Matrix TR owners like myself. Love the truck. It can sure take a beating, If you saw how I "can't" drive you would under stand.

So what is the relation ship with AE and Thunder Tiger. Does AE have there own team that is idependent of Thunder Tiger or are they basically the same company. The RC8 does not look like any of the Thunder Tiger buggies. Maybe the HellFire should have been based off the buggy...
